My partner booked it so but when he described a resort in the mountains with natural mineral water bathing I was excited. It was not what I was picturing at all. I was disappointed when it was a trashy noisy beach bar pool with everyone drinking and smoking. I expected some peace and relaxation, but it's more like Bulgarian Skegness I guess. With hindsight I would have given it a miss.

Hotel is in Chiflik village with open pool in which you can enjoy all night and watch the stars on the sky....the party starts around midnight with lots of alcohol and music. Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath also available...food in the restaurant nothing special. Not quiet at night.

The place is in quite a bad condition. Noone seems to be maintaining it. The bar next to the pool does not work. The bar inside takes cash only and issues no receipts. For 20 leva for the outdoor pool, it should at least be cleaned. The bathroom smells very bad and the lamp above my head was about to stop working. They keep some garbage and stuff next to the changing room... Would never repeat.

The service was absolutely horrible and because we were with a set menu we were always ignored at dinner and we were waiting for a fried chicken 2 hours and it was cold! Have no words don’t go there!

There was no shower gel,soap,or anything else in the bathroom,there was no remote control for the TV,actual TV had only some music channels ,no refreshments in the room ,hotel try to take money literally for everything,spare bathrobe was 5lv,no terrace so towels could not dry ,for 3 nights no one enter to clean up room or change towels ,steam room very low temperature 40 degrees same as swimming pool,if you want to upgrade for apartment 30lv per night ,if there is 3rd person 30 lv per night ,dinner for 3rd person 20 lv per night ,menu for dinner which was included in the price was so poor ,they charge as 2.20lv just for some cheese on top of small portions of chips ,steaks was so dry ,outside jacuzzi and small swimming pool was so dirty ,we are so disappointed with this so called hotel.

Plenty of parking space. Reception was efficient and always manned. Rooms were ok, bathroom was clearly replaced recently but walls in the bedroom are in need of painting. Furniture is functional and clean but again will need to be replaced in the near future. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of dishes which were replenished regularly. The restaurant operates with an a'la carte menu which is reasonably priced. 8 people in our party food and drinks cost around 160 lv (£70) Facilities were excellent pool area clean and well maintained. 👌

Worst place I ever been … I pay 300 lv for renovated room for 2 nights and the room is like hotel from 1990

I had a lovely stay! Staff is experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. Swimming pools are hot and clean. Just a minus for housekeeping as they are not quite organized but when you ask them they will clean and respond with a good attitude.

Great location, outdoor mineral water pool surrounded by several small tubes with different temperatures, 24 h reception, breakfast on block table, friendly staff, tasty food some of which is authentic for the region. Nice and clean, with spa centre.

Nice family hotel, the staff is very polite and friendly, the location is quiet and amazingly set in the forest, they have the pool with the best mineral water quality in the whole area ( we visited most of the pools in the area). The restaurant offers half board and the cook is very good - food is tasty and freshly prepared,very good coffee, nice terrace. They are also pet friendly and this was the reason we went there and we will definitely come back. The room is a bit outdated,needs a refreshment, but the beds are comfortable. Only the additional bed needs to be bigger. The towels are thick and good quality. We definitely recommend the place and will return.

We went 2 years ago - the food was bad, rooms were in poor condition - but the swimming pool was amazingly hot and we had a great time.
Fast forward to today - food was amazing, rooms were not luxurious by any means but clean and renovated. Would have been awesome but the pool was much colder and uncomfortable than last time, also somewhat dirty and in need of repair.
Kudos for fixing the weak points, but don't ruin your greatest feature!

The hotel is extremely overpriced for what it offers.
It's outdated, it wasn't very clean, especially the ancient carpets. It was very cold, the central heating was either stopped, or didn't work at all, all we had was a small radiator that couldn't possibly warm up the whole room well enough, I even woke up in the night from being cold. The beds in the double rooms are just two separate beds, which is super uncomfortable and unpleasant.
There's barely a spa (just sauna) and the "hot" pool outdoors was lukewarm, I'm not even sure if it got to the 32° advertised and there isn't a proper connection between the hotel and the pool, so you have to get out of the pool in the cold to walk to the hotel.
We paid for breakfast and dinner included, the menu was very sparse and at breakfast, even if you go an hour before it ends, there is almost nothing left.
In the afternoon, we waited for about 15min for someone to come serve us at the lobby bar and the coffee was poorly made.
On a positive note, the ladies at reception were always kind and helpful.
