I had a lovely stay! Staff is experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. Swimming pools are hot and clean. Just a minus for housekeeping as they are not quite organized but when you ask them they will clean and respond with a good attitude.

One of the best places. The orchestra (music duo every night) needs to be gone and dead. The worse, worse two people trying to sing and play music. So sorry about them. Never in the rythm, never on the right timing. Feel so bad about them. Too late for them.

I been there for summer holiday,water is great,warm and clean,also mineral.All the facilities,parking included.Price to acces it are very affordable.Food was tasty,beer was cold.Serving people professional and helpful.Very friendly people around this places. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel with wonderful thermal water! Beautifully decorated stairways and clean rooms. Simple interior decoration and partially shabby swimming pools - the walls of the indoor pool area didn't look great and the tiles of the outdoor pool were partially fallen out. There is a really nice ethno restaurant though and the thermal water and the relatively low price of the rooms make it all good! ;)

Nice place, very polite and good service. The rooms are average quality and there are small things to be corrected\repaired. The external pool is with great temperature, but the tiles and equipment is old and damaged. The SPA is small but nice! For the price range overall the place is great. The how outside pool seems very nice for the winter time. The live music at the restaurant is not my thing, I prefer to be able to talk to and hear the people I am dining with. The inside pool was very clean. The biggest downside was the small(kids) pool was like 40 degrees Celsius or more. You can barely stay there more than 5 minutes and I doubt it's very safe for small kids. So not very kid friendly...

Food is a bit overpriced but overall good place for a swim

We stayed for couple of nights during the Christmas holidays. Everything was amazing - very friendly and professional service from everyone in the hotel. Definitely after the renovation, the hotel can compete with some of the leading brands for spa retreat in Bulgaria. Will be definitely coming back soon!

We stayed here for 5 days the employees are very friendly and you can see they are trying their best! Our welcoming was very nice! The rooms are nice but the cleaning service can be better. We had some bugs in the room and under the couch and between there were leftovers from chips not cleaned… the location is fine a smaller hotel on the other-side and if you walk right from the street a small shop...

I like the food it has very high quality. The staff is very mindful of the customers and the hotel takes great responsibility for former clients' mess. Best trout an wild mushrooms I ever had! Mind you the fish soup sucks and desserts are limited to only pancakes and buffalo yogurt with wild berry jam. There's a tiny children's playground and a small pond. Inside parking accommodates 2 cars but there's extra spots outside the main gate. Fairly inexpensive, staff's friendly and responsive.

The place is very beautifull and cosy. I loved the food and the polite staff. They even have rooms if you want to rest which are clean and warm. I fully recomend this amazing place!

The hosts were very accommodating and nice. There are two buildings and a common "pub" where one can grill. The rooms were alright and very clean, but I would definitely recommend to fix the bathroom showers. All in all, definitely a good location for big group celebrations.

The host is very helpful with any questions you may have and he's always there to assist you with anything. A nice hotel for 1-2 days stay. The rooms are big but lack some essentials like hair dryer, additional pillows, blankets, etc. The food is OK but with a limited choice too. Continental breakfast with good coffee. The internal pool is warm but small so no more than 10 people can be inside at the same time. Limited options for additional services from the spa center.

The rooms have enough space, the inner pool has warm water, the food in the restaurant was very delicious but the staff was very slowly. The hotel is in the heart of the mountains and you can have a deep sleep because of the fresh air. I recommend this place for a holiday or a teambuilding! Thank you.

The woman at the reception was very polite listening my bad experience with the owner of the White House! She offered me a room away from the side of the restaurant, because there was a wedding there that night and was a bit noisy. The room and bathroom were very clean and nice. Breakfast is a bit shabby and the walls of the rooms are so thin that you can hear your neighbors taking their night pills, but nothing compares to the noises you can enjoy when your neighbors have a hard time having sex. We have visited the restaurant. Everything was delicious. Service was fast. Location - not in the center, where everything was crowded, but in 3 minutes walking distance from the 'main' street.

I was not staying at the hotel part, but the food in the restaurant was divine, amazing staff, great prices. I wholeheartedly recommend the sizzling Bulgarian sach grill platter.

I visited only the restaurant. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Definately not pricy. I really enjoyed the authetic local cuisine. Ambiente is family-friendly. The music a Bulgarian folk music running in the background. The service is kind and patient. For the all the four restaurants in the Koprivshtica we tried, that one was definately the best.

The pork steak was cooked to perfection and the French fries were absolutely delicious. In terms of spices, the pork kebab exceeded my expectations, being extremely tasty. Salad tasted fresh. Nice comfy atmosphere with country style elements.

It's a good place to spend time with your friends. The room is very nice and comfortable. There are every thing that you need. Here is perfect place for eating and drinking. The very comfortable big bed and very clean. Every time I try to come here with pleasure.

A peaceful and cozy hotel with excellent food and great service. It offers very good conditions for a relaxing spa getaway and truly allows you to unwind.

Visit Hissar If you planning to visit hissar, please do so, this is the hotel you should stay! Definitely worth!!! The spa, the room, restaurant everything was perfect of course the staff!!!

Excellent boutique hotel with a great location in the heart of the historical Roman town. Rooms are OK and the spa center is nice. Restaurant is surprisingly good, so you got everything for a weekend stay.

The hotel was very clean, the pool too. The staff was very nice and polite. The food in the restaurant was varied and very tasty. Unfortunately, the water in the pool was quite cold for mineral water. It is located in a very convenient place, close to everything. There is a parking lot.

Augusta SPA hotel

The place is good for families and tourists that value quiet and comfort. The hotel has two buildings, indoor and outdoor mineral pools, a spa center, a good restaurant, and lots of recreational activities. The indoor pool is perfect for kids with its water slide, which is safe and fun for kids aged 6-14 years.

We just use the swimming pool with kids, there is a slide inside. Little ones have it fun.

Well, it socialiasm luxury with minor upgrades. Big hotel and lots of entertainments, good spa and pools. Service is less than average. Rooms are not big, but are clean and comfortable. I didn't like that small bottle of water costs 2 BGN, which regardless of its a hotel should be really twice as less, having in mind it's bottled in the backyard of the hotel and whole hissarya is full of free of charge...

It used to be a wonderful hotel, but now it needs renovating. The rooms are worn out, and need to be refreshed. The hotel is very big, so if you want to have a peaceful stay, this is not your place. The spa centre is too small for the amount of people there. The pools need more regular cleaning. It is not bad to stay for a day or two.

A large hotel, which in the past was on a level, but now the rooms are neglected, the corridors need urgent repair, there is a queue in the indoor pool and jacuzzi, the salt room is full and noisy. For this, 180 BGN per night is paid, which is too expensive. The good thing is that breakfast is superb and delicious. For this price I would not visit again, even at half the price it is currently.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel only because of the SPA. The room we stayed in had old furniture. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. We had breakfast included and it was okay. I wouldn’t recommend eating lunch or dinner in the restaurant.

Tha hotel needs modernization. The staff was nice. The spa center was good, there is a big swimming pool. But the small pools are too small and there aren't many sun chairs for such a big hotel. The room was old fashioned, there was a specific odour in the room and we found a cockroach, but the bed was very comfortable.

Nice place in general with a good SPA and wonderful swimming pool (actual swimming). Unfortunately, poor bowling service. They refused our explicit and previous reservation with some made up excuses. And that happened TWICE for two nights. Almost ruined the experience and definitely ruined the mood.

It was little detoru from our back from Cappadocia road trip. So we decide to come here for a spa day. The staff was kind, and the late check-out is great because you can use the morning to enjoy the spa and the pool. You have parking, but if you come afrer 15h it is hard to find place to park, because lot of locals come here for a spa, and park there too. Food is very good, and breakfast is very welthy...

Overall the combination of pros and cons of this hotel comes up to 3/5 for me. I won’t be uploading pictures of the rooms as there are plenty online. We were given our room which was dark and depressing and the air-con didn’t work the door to the balcony was broken we had to ask for a kettle if we wanted a drink which also didn’t work not a good start! I booked a deal with breakfast and evening meal thinking their would be some choice like a fixed menu with wine oh no it turned out to be a buffet with very little choice and not very good quality...

My colleagues and I had a wonderful stay at SPA hotel Hisar. The hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The spa facilities are excellent - especially the mineral pools and saunas. The location is great, surrounded by nature.

This is an older property, so the rooms need an update, especially the bathrooms but they are still clean and spacious. The SPA is wonderful and had very good treatments. The indoor pool is a perfect 31 degrees for swimming and bobbing around. This is a family place so expect lots of kids unless you get there off season on a week day. They are building a new wing so the outdoor pool is closed because...

We loved our stay. Mark down as it appears that, since its new owner took over 14 years ago, there hasn't been a refurb. Space and food are great. Spa services too. We will be back.

My family has stayed here for a second time in the last two years. I like this place a lot. Here comes a jacuzzi, pool, finish sauna, infrared sauna and some more things. It is included in the prize. The rooms are warm and clean. I can recommend this place to all

Highly recommend! This was probably one of the best spa hotels we’ve been this year. It has a decent size pool, 4 different types of sauna and a really nice outdoor hot-spring - all this was included in our room price, outside of that you could sing in for a few more relaxing activities. I agree with the previous comments. I would definitely return to Thai hotel. SPA services are great and you have an abundance of options. Saunas are renovated and great. The steam room was not working. Interesting why no one was working on it to fix it!? The rooms were small and the floor was old but the furniture was new. The outdoor pool was very cold. Overall for a three star hotel it was great
