Where to stay in Chiflik

Hotel is in Chiflik village with open pool in which you can enjoy all night and watch the stars on the sky....the party starts around midnight with lots of alcohol and music. Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath also available...food in the restaurant nothing special. Not quiet at night.

Very nice hotel! Rooms are clean. Restaurant is cozy and the food is great. Pool is great.

Plenty of parking space. Reception was efficient and always manned. Rooms were ok, bathroom was clearly replaced recently but walls in the bedroom are in need of painting. Furniture is functional and clean but again will need to be replaced in the near future. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of dishes which were replenished regularly. The restaurant operates with an a'la carte menu which...

I had a lovely stay! Staff is experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. Swimming pools are hot and clean. Just a minus for housekeeping as they are not quite organized but when you ask them they will clean and respond with a good attitude.

A very nice pool with not that hot mineral water. There is another smaller pool with different sections ranging from cold to very hot water.

Descend quality, food is nice although furniture is slightly neglected, barman at the pool is arrogant and does not bother to help with anything

Lovely hotel. It has a sauna and other SPA facilities.the food is good and the service is perfect. The rooms have everything you need: towels,shampoo,hair drier. I am very happy with the pool as well. Overall,great place for a holiday. Very pleased!!!

The room was really big (for two people) and clear.

It is set in a really nice and quiet region. The air you breath, you can feel its cleanness. The food is amazing. The service and the staff are also very kind and positive, always with a smile. The hotel also has an inside pool, which is a big plus. The corridors are clean and the rooms, too. You can just get carried away and lose yourself in there.

The location and view are very nice. Swimming pool has good size and the water is hot but the property is not well kept. The food at the restaurant is not good.

Kamelia was a great waiterss and the food is good. Enjoyed our time.

Spotless clean, very comfortable, lovely food and friendly staff. Beautiful outdoor mineral pool and same inside mineral pool with steam rooms and sauna. Lovely setting in the heart of the BAlkan national park with forested mountains all around. Fantastic find and great value for money. Only critism is everything is in Bulgarian so doesn't cater for foreign travellers well but I will survive.

The food is good and the rooms are clean,but the only reason to give it four stars is bc when you are in the restaurant there is a buffet and it has some meals which are covered with something and no one can sneeze or cough on it,but at dinner the desserts weren't covered with anything! I recommend this place.

Family friendly hotel, with very good fascilities, cozy, perfect clean, modern furniture And very comfort rooms. The Lady owner is very strict And takes care for every small detail. We hope to Have free time for holiday again a.s.a.p And to Come back here

I have spent really good quality time over there. The place has everything you need, so you will be able to feel the spirit of the Trojan Balkans. It’s placed below one of the hills and it has Osam river nearby. This place is absolutely quiet and you can have your mind releaved from the stress in the big city. The place is great either for weekend escape from the big city,and for longer time of course...

Overall good and quiet place for relaxing.

Outside does not do any justice. Inside the complex is excellent- great service, excellent breakfast, rooms are great!

Nice and beautiful place with amazing nature around it. Hotel is decent, with friendly and kind staff. Plus is that they allowed my to charge my Plug-in car from Schuko port.

The hotel is cozy and nice! The pool is clean and warm - good for kids! The food in the restaurant is tasty but a bit too fatty for our taste. The staff is very polite! Good place for families with children!

Extremely kind and responsive hosts. The pool is warm enough. The rooms and the common room need a refreshing renovation. Otherwise a wonderful place to relax with friends 😊

Polite people, nice place to stay! It will be great if there are some basic necessary items for the apparent such as cups. It can also be cleaner.
