Expensive place for what it offers. Rooms are good but double the price of others in the area. The service is not up to par.
Such a nice and cosy hotel! The rooms are spacious, super comfy and the whole hotel area is very nicely done. The pool area, the secret garden, ... Everything! The food is made of local specialties, so expect lots of tomatoes, cucumber and feta! But everything is yummy, from the breakfast to the diner. Small minuses for a lack of options for lunch, but that's really not an issue. If you want to stay...
We stayed here for one night over the Christmas 2021 holiday. There are some good points and some bad points. First of all though, I should point out that the price was right at the top end of what I would expect to pay in Bulgaria for such a room. A really nice and cosy place. Service was great, the food was good, prices were OK. The spa area was small but again very cosy. The entire hotel is full of art and interesting pieces. We had a lovely times and I would come back again some day. 🙏
Magical, unique place! The garden is wonderful, each room is thematic and the views are beautiful.
The staff was extremely nice and professional and made our stay a perfect and really comfortable experience.
Loved everything about the place.
The hotel is a secret gem in the Bulgarian mountains. Beautiful building, rooms, lobby and all facilities. There are several great restaurants within a 15 minute walk or a short drive. We spent our time in the pool, traveling around, coffee places and restaurants, and mainly relaxing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant can be better... Thank you for an excellent stay.
