Great place, unique nature and very friendly staff. We had a gastronomical discovers of a Bulgarian kitchen at that place. The forests around the hotel makes this place easy to breathe )) in one of the restaurants the best place is near a fireplace when it is cold outside. And of course nice Bulgarian wine and rakia ))

Clean and quiet place, suitable for a relaxing family holiday. The pool is clean and quite big. The restaurant is not that good though. The breakfast was really poor.

A nice hotel for 1-2 days stay. The rooms are big but lack some essentials like hair dryer, additional pillows, blankets, etc. The food is OK but with a limited choice too. Continental breakfast with good coffee. The internal pool is warm but small so no more than 10 people can be inside at the same time. Limited options for additional services from the spa center.

The rooms have enough space, the inner pool has warm water, the food in the restaurant was very delicious but the staff was very slowly. The hotel is in the heart of the mountains and you can have a deep sleep because of the fresh air. I recommend this place for a holiday or a teambuilding! Thank you.

The hotel is at an amazing location with nature surrounding it. It’s very quiet and peaceful unlike how it could be in the city sometimes. There is free parking which is a huge advantage these days as you’d rarely find any for free. I like the food it has very high quality. The staff is very mindful of the customers and the hotel takes great responsibility for former clients' mess. Their indoor pool is manageable, but could be better. We didnt get a chance to go to the indoor pool but they keep lovely hygiene for the outer area. I am pleased but there could be some improvements.

Very good hotel (three stars) in beautiful area next to the small city of Troyan. Situated in the forest park near the city. The personal is very pleasant and helpful. The beds and pillows were rather uncomfortable and I personally didn't like the room interior or the piles of mattresses and cleaning supplies in the narrow hallways. However, the service was excellent and the restaurant/pool area was very pleasant. The breakfast was also great.

Stayed at this hotel at the end of November 23, my partner had a conference to go to there. The hotel is overall fine but the rooms are a bit worn-out. An unpleasant surprise was that the pool is open for everyone, it's not only for the hotel's guests. During the day the pool is full with people from outside the hotel and it gets really crowded and noisy. Not really a place where you can relax and enjoy.

Nice hotel but a bit worn-out interior of the rooms already. Room I stayed in was a single room which I found a bit small. Not many amenities in the room - no coffee and tea making facilities, no complimentary "Welcome" bottle of water. Perfectly located as my base for the climb/hike to the nearby Mountain Botev and the peak. The Hotel had everything that i required and more, the room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. Breakfast and dinner was very tasty and inexpensive. I'm very satisfied with my visit and will stay again in the future.

The hosts were very accommodating and nice. There are two buildings and a common "pub" where one can grill. The rooms were alright and very clean, but I would definitely recommend to fix the bathroom showers. All in all, definitely a good location for big group celebrations.

The place is amazing and very well maintained. The rooms are clean. The beds are extremely comfortable for sleep. The host is very helpful with any questions you may have and he's always there to assist you with anything. The place doesn't offer food, but there's a catering service from 2 local restaurants that you can order food from.

We stayed for couple of nights during the Christmas holidays. Everything was amazing - very friendly and professional service from everyone in the hotel. We stayed here for 5 days the employees are very friendly and you can see they are trying their best! Our welcoming was very nice! The rooms are nice but the cleaning service can be better. We had some bugs in the room and under the couch and between there were leftovers from chips not cleaned… the location is fine a smaller hotel on the other-side and if you walk right from the street a small shop...

This is a mountain resort that offers access to hot mineral spring pools, outdoors and indoors. Spa rooms, sauna, salt room, Turkish bath and several other amenities. They included meal for breakfast and dinner are totally worth it. The variety of local foods and dishes are well prepared and delicious. I think the experience will be much better if it was snowing when we were in the outside pool. Good...

Amazing place with, great pull, hot water and very very very good kitchen

Hotel is in Chiflik village with open pool in which you can enjoy all night and watch the stars on the sky....the party starts around midnight with lots of alcohol and music. Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath also available...food in the restaurant nothing special. Not quiet at night.

I had a lovely stay! Staff is experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. Swimming pools are hot and clean. Just a minus for housekeeping as they are not quite organized but when you ask them they will clean and respond with a good attitude.

A very nice pool with not that hot mineral water. There is another smaller pool with different sections ranging from cold to very hot water.

One of the best places. The orchestra (music duo every night) needs to be gone and dead. The worse, worse two people trying to sing and play music. So sorry about them. Never in the rythm, never on the right timing. Feel so bad about them. Too late for them.

Nice hotel with wonderful thermal water! Beautifully decorated stairways and clean rooms. Simple interior decoration and partially shabby swimming pools - the walls of the indoor pool area didn't look great and the tiles of the outdoor pool were partially fallen out. There is a really nice ethno restaurant though and the thermal water and the relatively low price of the rooms make it all good! ;)

Nice place, very polite and good service. The rooms are average quality and there are small things to be corrected\repaired. The external pool is with great temperature, but the tiles and equipment is old and damaged. The SPA is small but nice! For the price range overall the place is great. The how outside pool seems very nice for the winter time. The live music at the restaurant is not my thing, I prefer to be able to talk to and hear the people I am dining with. The inside pool was very clean. The biggest downside was the small(kids) pool was like 40 degrees Celsius or more. You can barely stay there more than 5 minutes and I doubt it's very safe for small kids. So not very kid friendly...

Food is a bit overpriced but overall good place for a swim

We visited here from Manchester after visiting my mums grave in Vasilyovo in the morning and what a fantastic day we had! We had one of the white gazebos and had lots of food and drink, we rented a fishing rod so my husband could teach our daughters to fish and they caught a trout very quickly!! The staff were lovely despite the fact we speak no Bulgarian! We would love to come and stay another time...

Best trout an wild mushrooms I ever had! Mind you the fish soup sucks and desserts are limited to only pancakes and buffalo yogurt with wild berry jam. There's a tiny children's playground and a small pond. Inside parking accommodates 2 cars but there's extra spots outside the main gate. Fairly inexpensive, staff's friendly and responsive.

The place is very beautifull and cosy. I loved the food and the polite staff. They even have rooms if you want to rest which are clean and warm. I fully recomend this amazing place!
