I had a lovely stay! Staff is experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. Swimming pools are hot and clean. Just a minus for housekeeping as they are not quite organized but when you ask them they will clean and respond with a good attitude.

The beds and pillows were rather uncomfortable and I personally didn't like the room interior or the piles of mattresses and cleaning supplies in the narrow hallways. However, the service was excellent and the restaurant/pool area was very pleasant. The breakfast was also great.

The hotel is overall fine but the rooms are a bit worn-out. An unpleasant surprise was that the pool is open for everyone, it's not only for the hotel's guests. Not many amenities in the room - no coffee and tea making facilities, no complimentary "Welcome" bottle of water. I like the food it has very high quality. The staff is very mindful of the customers and the hotel takes great responsibility for former clients' mess. Their indoor pool is manageable, but could be better. We didnt get a chance to go to the indoor pool but they keep lovely hygiene for the outer area. Very good and quiet plase closed to the forest.

The hosts were very accommodating and nice. There are two buildings and a common "pub" where one can grill. The rooms were alright and very clean, but I would definitely recommend to fix the bathroom showers. All in all, definitely a good location for big group celebrations.

The place is amazing and very well maintained. The rooms are clean. The beds are extremely comfortable for sleep. The host is very helpful with any questions you may have and he's always there to assist you with anything. The place doesn't offer food, but there's a catering service from 2 local restaurants that you can order food from.

A nice hotel for 1-2 days stay. The rooms are big but lack some essentials like hair dryer, additional pillows, blankets, etc. The food is OK but with a limited choice too. Continental breakfast with good coffee. The internal pool is warm but small so no more than 10 people can be inside at the same time. Limited options for additional services from the spa center.

The rooms have enough space, the inner pool has warm water, the food in the restaurant was very delicious but the staff was very slowly. The hotel is in the heart of the mountains and you can have a deep sleep because of the fresh air. I recommend this place for a holiday or a teambuilding! Thank you.

Perfectly located as my base for the climb/hike to the nearby Mountain Botev and the peak. We have just stayed here for a few days as a family from Manchester to visit my mums grave in Vasilyovo and we will definitely be back!! All of the staff were fantastic even though we don’t speak any Bulgarian they were all so nice to us from the minute we arrived. Augusta SPA hotel

The place is good for families and tourists that value quiet and comfort. The hotel has two buildings, indoor and outdoor mineral pools, a spa center, a good restaurant, and lots of recreational activities. The indoor pool is perfect for kids with its water slide, which is safe and fun for kids aged 6-14 years.

We just use the swimming pool with kids, there is a slide inside. Little ones have it fun.

Well, it socialiasm luxury with minor upgrades. Big hotel and lots of entertainments, good spa and pools. Service is less than average. Rooms are not big, but are clean and comfortable. I didn't like that small bottle of water costs 2 BGN, which regardless of its a hotel should be really twice as less, having in mind it's bottled in the backyard of the hotel and whole hissarya is full of free of charge...

It used to be a wonderful hotel, but now it needs renovating. The rooms are worn out, and need to be refreshed. The hotel is very big, so if you want to have a peaceful stay, this is not your place. The spa centre is too small for the amount of people there. The pools need more regular cleaning. It is not bad to stay for a day or two.

A large hotel, which in the past was on a level, but now the rooms are neglected, the corridors need urgent repair, there is a queue in the indoor pool and jacuzzi, the salt room is full and noisy. For this, 180 BGN per night is paid, which is too expensive. The good thing is that breakfast is superb and delicious. For this price I would not visit again, even at half the price it is currently.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel only because of the SPA. The room we stayed in had old furniture. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. We had breakfast included and it was okay. I wouldn’t recommend eating lunch or dinner in the restaurant.
