The room was great, the staff was very friendly. The restaurant adjusted hours to our needs and had great local cuisine. In addition, we were provided with spa procedure free of charge.

The best view, the best service, can't go wrong here.

Venue has a stunning view. That why you go. You can rent a boat/jet here too. Basic restaurant and food/wine choice overall keeping in mind the remoteness of the location. Half of road to the hut is in repairs that does not to seem be finished soon. We did not visit the hotel part. Plenty of parking lots. Consider for a lunch break after visiting nearby Utrobata cave.

It is things which can be proven like service in restaurants but place and view is amazing 🙂!

Grate place, amazing view. Harmony flow. Clean rooms. It is now more as a hotel, but actually it is an ex-hut. The personnel is a bit distracted, but are polite and smilly.

An amazing view. However, my bathroom was very small and not clean. There was not hot water in the evening. The breakfast which was included in the price of the room didn't include any tea or coffee.

Great view and feeling of nature, ok rooms, no air conditioning, they forgot to put some essentials in the rooms and the food was kind of ok. Just the hospitality was not alright

The place looks nice. At the lunch time there was not special dishes - traditional from the region. There was only lunch menu. Anyway it was looking nice to sit on the garden. I’ll definitely come back here.

The best place in Trigrad. It is literally on the top hill of the town and you can enjoy the view and the nature around. The hosts are so friendly and you have a 3 star hotel service.

Amazing place, amazing staff, OK food. But the thing that impressed the most is that the bathrooms were 10/10 this is the thing that makes me feel like the place is worth. And this one is amazing.

The hotel rooms are comfortable, very clean and equipped with all you need. Thanks to the closeness to the dam, the views from the hotel rooms are amazing. Beware - you could be tempted to spend the whole day on the terrace! :) We were quite impressed by the professional and kind attitude of the waiters in the hotel restaurant. Fantastic place! The staff is very nice and polite, the rooms are clean and very well designed. The swimming pool is great and has a wonderful view over the dam. Overall the place is nice, the view from the restaurant to the lake is wonderful. But most of all - there you can find the best customer service in Bulgaria, full stop. I have tried many other locations, and never had that level of customer experience within the country!

This place is unique, one time view to the lake and mountain. The service is fantastic, the room was clean. The cuisine was great as well

Amazing place. The hotel is very close to the water so it is perfect for fishing tourism. It has amazing views, clean, spacious, and cozy rooms, friendly staff. There is no restaurant but breakfast is included and there are plenty of dining options in the area. The WiFi is good and most important of all - the hotel is pet friendly!

A hidden gem worth discovering. Don't be discouraged by the views on the road there from Kirdjali. The location is wonderful, the hotel is clean, cosy and peaceful.

Beautiful and quiet place. We were offered a private villa, which was clean, spacious, with a yard in front and a beautiful view of the dam. The girl from the reception gave us comprehensive information about everything around Glavatartsi. And for breakfast, whatever I say will be a little ... .It was huge and delicious! We were fascinated by the welcome and hospitality :) There is everything we need, they even left us water, because the water is not drinkable. There were spices, sugar, oil, vinegar (God forbid you forgot anything) ... all kinds of dishes. Recommendations, instructions for interesting places and restaurants :) They have prepared phone numbers of a guide, restaurants and more ... We recommend this amazing...

Excellent accommodation. Nicely furnished no-nonsense villas with plenty of room. Separate bedrooms. Parking for a single vehicle per villa. No internet so far but they say the problem is with the only local provider and affects the whole village. Highly recommended.

We have been here only for dinner. The food was very delicious. Portions bog enough. Very nice/tomantic atmosphere (we stayed in open area). Very good music. Fast service. Good level of prices.

Not styed but restaurant was a nightmare. We did booking for 10 persons for a birthday celebration. Foods not received on time. First of our order came 40 minutes after ordering. When i finished my meal, my friends meal came whom ordered same dish with me. For drink we ordered zagorka as it is classical Bulgarian beer. But what happened? in second order of drinks they said 'except Haineken all beers...

The staff were friendly and very kind. Despite the noise that our group was making they were extremely patient with us. The rooms were spacious and cosy. The breakfast was tasty and served with professional approach. Despite the covid#19 situation, everyone was following the procedures imposed by government and W. H. O. I recommend this place and will visit again for sure. Plenty of parking space

Great hotel, charming rooms. The reception was rather slow, which can be unnerving after a long road around suspicious neighborhoods and villages. We had dinner at the restaurant which was tasty, especially the katak and the garlic bread. Breakfast was also okay but there were loooots of bees outside which attacked our pancake jam and forced us inside. Pool was clean and fairly warm.

Small rooms, tiny beds, weird carpet on the wall. Nice view, but the pool is open until 7pm only. DJ plays only chalga. Guests to the restaurant and the pool come from the area. Hygiene issues very likely.

Quiet place very close to the historic center on foot where the historic houses of the ethnographic complex are located. In the area there are several typical restaurants and cafes. The Guest house is very clean and has a beautiful garden. Excellent breakfast, top kindness. We recommend it.

We had a good time in this nice and quiet place! The room and all the facilities were really clean and in excellent condition. The hotel owners are friendly and helpful. It was just nice to sit in the garden, taste the ripe vine grapes and enjoy. The mehana is really fully equipped with everything you may need. Just the beds were a little bit uncomfortable due to the mattresses. The bathroom is small...

It is beautiful, clean, nice and cozy! It is the center of the old town of Zlatograd!

Great place to relax and explore Zlatograd - the house was clean, just like in the photos and was perfect for 6 people. The place is convenient and close to shops, museums and craftsmen in the ethnographic complex. We definitely recommend and would be back.

Uau. Unbelievable place. At the edge of the forest. Very calm, perfect for family holiday. The Vilas are with everything necessary inside. The restaurant is very very good with perfect kitchen. You can taste home made dishes and home made drinks. Will visit again definitely.

The atmosphere is alright,as it is typical bulgarian . But...the service is unfortunately bad, as the main waiter informed us that the servants are off work ... Even thought the place was full. He tried to be as efficient as he could ,but waiting for 40 minutes for your meal is not acceptable because it is a holiday weekend in Bulgaria and the town was full of tourists. However the food was good

Nice place to crash and look around. It is very close to everything that you would like to see in this vicinity. The restaurant offers quality food. The personnel is very friendly and the owner as well. I recommend food called "lozovi sarmi". There is enough parking lots.
