Finlandia in Pamporovo

First of all, the hygiene was appalling. The room smelled damp the moment I walked in. Dust everywhere, stains on the sheets, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in weeks. I even found hair in the shower that wasn’t mine — absolutely revolting.

As for the food... it was a complete disaster. I made the mistake of eating at their restaurant, and within hours I was violently sick — twice. It was clear the food had either been poorly stored, badly cooked, or both. Honestly, I wouldn't serve that to my worst enemy.

This place completely ruined my trip. I left early because I couldn’t bear staying another night. Please, do yourself a favor: stay far away from [Hotel Name]. Your health is not worth the risk.

Rooms are dirty, have many holes and strange stains and liquids on everything and the locks on the bathroom don’t work. Food is borderline poisonous and half of my friends got stomach aches and some vomited. And there’s no hot water….

The food is not good, it has a strange taste from a local condiment and most of the time you have the same terrible food, there is no diversification.
My urine smelled of drugs!
The rooms are big.

The hotel placed in wonderfull place in the forest. There are a lot of nature berry fruits around it. And that's all good things about the hotel.
First, beware of the stairs in front of the enter. The stones are moving and falls under your feets.
Hotel staff:
The hotel staff welcome you with face "Today had to be my day off" and when you start speaking with them you are realising that definatetly: today had to be their day off.
The rooms:
The rooms are dirty. The furnitures are covered with several months dust. The half of wall-mounted hangers in the bathroom have fallen. The shower sprays in all directions except towards you.
The blankets are eaten by moths.
Air conditioner? You are in the mountain man. You don't need it. Open the window and the fresh and cool air... Surprise! There are no nets on the windows, so mosquitoes, welcome to me!
Restaurant:
The restaurant is too small for the hotel capacity.
You wait for the restaurant to open between 5 and 10 minutes after its opening time.
The queue has grown, and when they open, the food ends before your eyes. Empty food trays are replaced with full ones only at the last minutes of the meal.
You are lucky if you find an unoccupied chair. Unoccupied table? - Forget it.
The food... (i'm using the word "food" just because i don't want to use another more colorful word) is edible for dogs... may be.
The icing on the cake is the mousetrap proudly placed under the fireplace and all with flies stuck to it.
Swimming pool:
If after seeing all this, you dare to visit the swimming pool, you will be surprised by its decent appearance. However, do not enter locker rooms or toilets. You will be dissuaded from using the pool.

Overall, the time has stopped about 2005 here.
I will definitely never book this hotel again.

The 3 person bed, in the description with 3 individual beds, was 2 beds and a sofa. The floor was really dirty, obviously not cleaned after the previous guests. The mirrors in the bathroom were dirty, with hands and fingerprints on them. The food was alright, kinda poor choice but alright. The milk in the coffee machine for some reason was salty? Definitely not a 4 star hotel and service. Also, the pillow for the sofa bed was as thick as a newspaper, really hard and uncomfortable as well. We asked for another one in the reception, they said they can't provide us with a decent pillow?
