Lucky Pamporovo in Pamporovo

The staff is very friendly. The food is generally good and homemade. I would recommend the carrot cake.

It's a wonderful place to visit for something different for those who want a change in their lives.

Splendid location into the deep forest, next to the ski run, simply get down the hill to the hotel.
Authentic Russian Bath -it's paid 10leva per each, but truly worth it.
Not quite diverse, but the menu covers most of the authentic Ukrainian cuisine.
Quite reasonably priced.

Visited the restaurant - great food and a relaxing environment. Hard to distinguish the personnel and the guests - seemed like a family place.
We felt a little like intruders because everyone seemed like they knew each other (russian speaking) and we were somehow like being the only guests there.

Amazing place to stay in Pamporovo! The villas and hotel part are cosy, clean and everything is wooden. The staff is very friendly and polite. Very good for families with kids. Good for people who like Russian cuisine and for Russian speakers. The restaurant is very good and the music is very relaxing. Very close to Snezhanka tower and the ski slopes. It’s located in the woods, there are free parking spots. The breakfast is included in the room rate.

Wonderful place for one's vacation! The room was super cozy and clean and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. The great experience for me was the sauna - you have to make a reservation and you can use it all alone without having any strangers and there is hot tea waiting for you there as well as clean towels. The hotel has a great location - it's located in the forest and it is nearby the ski slopes. Also there is a free parking where you can leave your car. The food in the restaurant was also amazing! They have a Bulgarian, European and Ukrainian menu and everything was super tasty!
Good thing is to know that pets are not allowed which is the only remark that I have.
All in all, you won't make a mistake if you plan to stay in this hotel as you will enjoy the silence and calmness!

The hotel and the houses are built entirely from wood - this is not common for Bulgaria, and it is an exciting experience. The hotel has a unique interior - it's full of wood carvings, and they're interesting, although some of them are bit creepy. I thought the kids would like it, that's why I booked it, and they did.
The location is good too, just 5 minutes with a car below peak Snezhanka.
We booked the family room; it is very spacious.

Two things that were hard to overcome:
- Probably, the kitchen was under the room and every smell passed through the gaps between the wooden boards.
- I guess we were out of the season, but the service was slow, and they closed early in the evening.
When I entered the hotel, there was nobody to meet me, so I had to search through the corridors and the restaurant for someone to check me in.
When I entered the room, I tried to pull the curtains and they fell over me, but I was able to put them back again.
The view from the room wasn't impressive - there was ongoing construction work, but yet again, I guess it was because we went out of the season (we stayed in the summer).
It's a family hotel and in the evenings, the family uses the hotel's restaurant as their living room, so there was that feeling that we are intruding on their private space. They were polite, of course, and they didn't give us reasons to feel that way, but yet...
