The rooms where clean, but the furnishing was a bit old. The hotel restaurant was nice. There is no easy direct path from the hotel to the ski lift, which makes it hard to walk so much equipped with ski stuff.

Terrible smell all over the hotel, basic rooms with poor facilities, the food is tasteless and prepared from the cheapest possible products, problem with parking during the weekend. Excellent wi fi and friendly staff are the only positive part of staying in that hotel.

Best place to stay in Pamporovo, nice, clean, warm, great kitchen, perfect for families. We enjoy the rest.

The hotel is nice ,stuff are friendly . Restaurant food is good and the prices is not bad ( normal prices regarding to the area).Rooms are clean but the warm stop some times. The spa center is not much big (Sauna ,Steam bath). The hotel provide a shuttle and ski equipment rent with lowest prices comparing with the ski schools . The hotel provide parking place but the street full with hotels and cars and the places are limited
