Devin is a beautiful bulgarian town and there's a lot of stuff to see close to it. The hotel rooms are good, they are big and clean, the service is where they lack, you can't have a 5 star hotel jusy becouse the grounds are good the rooms are good and the spa is ok, you need to have people that want to work there, they are rude not willing to do any compromise about anything and just in general not...

In the hotel everything is brand new, beautiful design and most important clean SPA. They have many rooms for sauna, steam room, salt room, pools. The restaurant is very nice and the food is amazing. The staff exceptional. I can not write even 1 bad thing. We will come to visit in the future for sure.

One of the best spa hotels I have visited. The food is amazing, the staff are very professional. It looses one star because they did let two people with dogs in the hotel, also in the restaurant. A very nice set up. Some bits here and there needed repairing but minor. The beds were some of the best I've slept in. The Spa = fantastic. Neptun resturant a bit pricey but layout/decor just right. Staff attentive. The ability to walk indoors to dedicated lift down to spa is genius. Wear a robe and slippers from room to spa regardless of outside temperature. Highly recommended.

We stayed as a group of ten across two families with half board and had an amazing time. The food variety and quality was excellent, spa was exceptional and general quality of the hotel and rooms was amazing value for money. The icing in the cake was the bowling facility which we discovered on the last day. I would definitely recommend the hotel to other families.

I really don't understand why the owners don't update the information about the hotel. It is a top 5 stars hotel, not 3 stars as it is written. Hotel is nice, pools really awesome, but the service really lacks behind. The SPA area accepts only cash and never has small change. Then it is the client duty to go and look for small change or he is not allowed to order. With the prices on all products - one would think the POS fee is covered even if I order just a coffee.

The hotel needs a refreshing renovation, especially the spa center, which I don't think can accommodate the number of people.
