The room itself looked quite alright, but sadly the bathroom had a lot of mold underneath the sink. This is a health hazard, which shouldn't be in a hotel, yet alone a 5 star hotel. Pictures are added to this review.
The pools are also far from what is desired. Most of the amenities are not working or are closed, yet that is not communicated to the guests pre booking.
Besides that it is also very dirty, with a lot of sediment and algae in the big pool and a lot of dead skin particles in the smaller pool.
On a positive note the breakfast and dinner options are grand and tasty, only the breakfast service was rude.
The rooms are small and nothing special. The pool isn’t very clean, almost everything is old and needs renovating. And a lot of the attractions don’t work or are stopped at some point for no reason. The spa is terrible and dirty. The staff is rude and not helpful. No service at the outside pool! You can only bring drinks in plastic cups by yourself! If you ask for something they yell at you!
