The hotel is 2 minutes from the center, it is clean and quiet. The woman who greeted us was super nice. Great place if you need somewhere to sleep on your way to Rila

Excelent location, about 150 meters from the central pedestrian zone. The rooms are cleand with enough free space. Good service. The hotel has a restaurant with delicious food. The restaurant is often visited by the locals which is a significan measure for a "good" restaurant. I recomend this hotel

Ideal place for a night or two, when you are in the whereabouts. It's in quiet neighborhood near the center. Prices are reasonable and the food at the restaurant is OK

The room was clean and had everything we needed. We arrived before 2pm and the hosts checked us in right away. Warm and cozy place. I recommend.

The hotel was clean and cozy. The hosts are kind and responsive. We were accommodated in the new part of the house and the room was great, there was tea and coffee making facilities and shampoos in the bathroom. We would come back again!

I traveled with my family with a reservation via Booking. As Diltzvet didn't receive information that we are traveling with a kid, they offered single beds. Overall, a nice and quiet place, near lots of tavernas and only 10 min drive from the winter resort.

Very good cuisine. Dinner was excellent. Waitress was very polite and caring. They even cooked out of the menu for our vegetarian friends. Region is known for its tasty potatoes and definitely you can find them there. Owner of the hotel came personally to ask and make sure we are satisfied with our stay.

The place is great, always warm and welcoming. Owners always make you feel at home, there is no too small or too big request for them.

Good cuisine. Has a nice sort of home-made rakia served at the restaurant. It is near to the mountain side.

A family two star hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. Although they don't speak English. The diner was simple and good.

Clean rooms and good location - next tot the sport hall, on the vank of the river and in the middle of sport playgrounds. It's not a fancy hotel but you can spend some time here without hesitation

It is a good 3 star hotel, the rooms are ok, but nothing fancy, basic but good breakfast, but the best thing was the relaxing zone, the saunas, the pool, super nice and clean.

It's a great hotel back to back with the sports complex. The rooms are a bit dated but the friendly staff and great location make up for it. 2 things to note are the great breakfast buffet that is included and the SPA with a large indoor swimming pool. Recommended!

Hotel was OK - average but OK for Bulgaria and at the price charged. The room was large and OK. It was warm and clean. The restaurant & bar was actually quite good - breakfast was average by UK standards but it was OK.

Lovely stay Our maisonette was warm and cosy. It was lovely having the two balconies with views of the mountain. The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay. The only niggle was the pillows! Very lumpy and uncomfortable! I was a little bit disappointed that the hotel did not offer a personal touch to congratulate my husband on his 60th birthday. Great value for money! Breakfast was basic ! Great location(supermarkets and Bulgaria highest peak mountain isn’t far) Staff were friendly and helpful ,gave suggestions on what we could do in the hotel and outside the hotel when asked. We were told that we couldn’t use the pool but the gym . FYI: Breakfast isn’t buffet,you will be given a menu and you choose 1 option per person. Drinks:water,juices...

Not a bad place for going with your family. I tried there the pool and the gym they have inside. The room was normal and clean. The restaurant have a big number of plates and the food is tasty. The only reason i give 4 star is because the service of the restaurant was so poor. They were hired some children at 16 years of age and we were big company about 30 people. It was just impossible for the young...
