Clean rooms and good location - next tot the sport hall, on the vank of the river and in the middle of sport playgrounds. It's not a fancy hotel but you can spend some time here without hesitation

It is a good 3 star hotel, the rooms are ok, but nothing fancy, basic but good breakfast, but the best thing was the relaxing zone, the saunas, the pool, super nice and clean.

It's a great hotel back to back with the sports complex. The rooms are a bit dated but the friendly staff and great location make up for it. 2 things to note are the great breakfast buffet that is included and the SPA with a large indoor swimming pool. Recommended!

All the staff at Victoria are so friendly and hard working.The best food in Borovets is served by Evalyn, Marianas husband.Rooms kept clean, showers powerful and hot.A bit of a walk to town but get a lift for5 leva each . Nice hotel clean rooms you get looked after if your in the bar and the food is generous if not to everyone’s taste but very Bulgarian . Room was nice and warm and I spent the days on the slopes , it’s not too far to walk In snowboard boots but generally I’d use the shuttle which you book your times at the reception . We would rate Bor hotel in Borovets as 10 out of 10. The hotel is super clean and makes you feel super welcome. Everything was exceptional and the food offered as buffet was always varied and plentiful. The staff also went out of their way to be helpful and very friendly. Clean and cheap stay in Borovets. The location is about 10 mins walk from the main ***** and the Gondola. Ok for couples and families! The bedding was not up to standard, the sheet did not fit the bed, no pillow case on the pillow and was very unhygienic. The shower and amenities were fine. I recently stayed at Hotel Ela in Borovets, Bulgaria, and it exceeded my expectations. The small hotel has been beautifully renovated, professional and kind staff to all guests. We stayed in the Flora daisy for two nights. The room was spacious and clean and was cleaned every day. There's a small kitchen to use and a bathroom with everything you'll need. The service was pleasant and helpful, we even checked in earlier then regular time.

We stayed in the Apartments 411 ( Bachelor) 412 (4 sleeper) of the Flora hotel. They were very clean and comfortable. Will definitely book them again on Booking.com.

We stayed here as we hiked Peak Musala over the weekend. Great location to do so. The area (like neighborhood) is under construction so it was a bit difficult to find it and even if we were lucky to park the car in a good place, others seemed to struggle finding a proper space to do so.

Appartments are fine. I didn't like the room service... It turns out that if you want good cleaning, you have to tip the cleaner.... I would love to tip the cleaner, after seeing a well done job, but not in advance. If you don't tip the cleaner, you can forget about for example the floor cleaning....

Good value for the money (considering that it is a 2 star hotel), right next to the Sytniakovo ski lift. The breakfast is good and varied, friendly staff. The room is clean and ok. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, good tuck shop and cheap beer, room is very basic but quaint problem is that's it's noisy. Can hear the neighbours and also when the slopes are being groomed. All in all though a pleasant experience. Cash only on payment though but I did enjoy my stay.
