Reverence Hotel in Varna

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Reverence Hotel. Though not at the epicentre of Varna, the hotel is about a 10 minute brisk walk to the Sea Gardens. Bus and tram stops are not far away with only a 5-6 minute walk to get to the airport bus stop. Our room was simple, functional and conveniently spacious The reception staff are helpful and willing to provide advice on everything from parking apps (essential knowledge) to how to pronounce 'Blagodaria' like a Bulgarian (somewhat demoralising). The breakfast buffet is offered in a light, modern space that has been designed to provide an interesting start to the day. The breakfast offerings are varied and good quality and the staff at hand are attentive and ready to help with your embryonic Bulgarian skills. The hotel has 2 dedicated street parking spaces very close by, which are free if you can get them and 2 dedicated spaces in an underground car park 3 minutes away which is chargeable at 12 euros, if I recall correctly. Aside from cost, the relatively confined and dingey space makes this the less attractive option but, with a little care, this is still ok, I found. The 4 spaces are available on a first come first served basis though I found the allocation process somewhat opaque and felt the need to make my request several times given the change of reception staff. If you fail to secure a place, you will need to resort to street parking and download an app such as m-park as the SMS option isn't available to non-BG Sims. Ask the reception staff with help as to the rules which, to a large extent, are applicable in most towns. All in all, a great value option.

The hotel rooms are very elegant. The bed is perhaps the best one I have slept in. Breakfast was good. The receptionist was kind and helpful. I asked for a quiet room facing the back and got a room facing the main street. The noise was not terrible but it was heard. I came back to the receptionist and requested to replace, He kindly upgraded us with no additional cost to the suite facing the back side of the building, which was indeed very quiet.

Beautiful hotel across from the municipality.. The staff is friendly, the rooms clean and the breakfast buffet was absolutely divine.. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and recommend this hotel to all future visitors of Varna…..

The location is right in city center. Rooms were well maintained and clean. Staff was friendly. There is a very good restaurant right next to the hotel. There was breakfast included but we skipped it. Only issue we had was that the sofa we slept on was super uncomfortable.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this boutique hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Big shut out to Eliza for all the great tips! She even recommended an excellent real estate agency next door - where we did eventually find an apartment for my partner’s parents through.

The hotel was centrally located, within walking distance to the beach (10 mins) and all the attractions nearby. The hotel had 2-3 free parking spots on the side street (first comes, first serves). A car was helpful if you wanted to visit Nessebar or other beaches. But the #409 bus takes you pretty much everywhere within Varna.

The entire hotel was renovated three years ago. The room was very modern with a mini bar, big TV, AC, and a small desk to work. 2 bottles of water were provided for free daily. We were also here to celebrate our anniversary, and the hotel provided us with a bottle of sparkling wine and some chocolates!

The breakfast buffet was solid. Everything was so efficient, and there was never a wait for anything. The dining area provides additional seating throughout the day if you need to work on your laptop.

We didn’t have any noise issues, and I am a light sleeper. The price here was very attractive - I’d highly recommend anyone to stay here during a visit to Varna.

A small but though comfortable hotel with friendly staff and a nice breakfast. The location is quite central, you can easily reach Sea Garden and the pedestrian area on foot.

Rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and kind!
And the location (across the Obshtina Varna) is with a five minute walk to the central town, pretty close by.
