Great location, close to everything, excellent service. The staff is nice and helpful. Since the place is in the center, the entire city celebration and decibels are easily heard, but they last until 23:30 at the most

The breakfast was the most abundant in the place where I stayed during this period! The room was not big and the facilities were good, but there were no slippers. I was not used to it and asked them for them later

Favorite hotel for many years. Best location in Varna. Newly renovated, everything is great. I would like better breakfasts.

I stayed for a week and the balcony view was good. I will probably stay here again in the future

There are cafes, small shops, the embankment, and the beach nearby. The only downside is the noise from the music in the evening until 2 a. Probably from the casino or restaurant on the top floor

The spa services were closed during my visit but I did get a relatively good massage. If you don’t mind walking, you can easily reach most of the Varna attractions save for the Aladzha monastery

Dimyat is an excellent choice for no frills business or leisure travelers and recommended

Dimyat has a standard breakfast fare that opens early and the rooms are spacious, modern, cool, and comfortable. There’s a basic gym and a small pool, which unfortunately has a group class at 9

I have stayed there for the New Years' Eve. This is a good 4-star hotel meeting the standards of the Golden Tulip hotel chain. The hotel is not far from the city center - about 5 mins walk

Having said that, the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was a decent size, and soap, shampoo and shower gel were provided. The hotel staff were helpful when our friends misplaced their hotel key

While we understand that management policy is policy, we felt that the hotel staff should have been empowered to accommodate guest comfort given the vagaries of climate change

Although the fan was on and set to maximum (minimal draft and no cold air), the full blast of the afternoon sun heated up the two large windows that face the main road

We asked reception if the cold air could be turned on, and were told that the hotel policy was to cut off all airconditioning by Oct 1

Incredible experience!! I am here as part of a group and everything is going so smooth! One of the best rooms I have even been too, very clean and so comfortable! The buffet is very good with many choices! Best value for money! Highly recommended!!

This hotel has a very good location - just on the opposite site of the train station, close to the center of the city. It's a busy hotel with large enough clean and tidy rooms

Good location for Varna railway station , walking distance to Varna museums, sightseeing. Nice room decor and a view from the rooms on the top floor. Breakfast was good too.

I stayed one night for my business trip. It's a peaceful hotel, the staff is friendly and helpful, and it's centrally located. Beds are very comfortable. Thanks a lot Grand Hotel London.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom featured premium fixtures with a deep soaking tub. *🍽️ Dining* The breakfast buffet was extensive and fresh, offering a wide variety of international and local dishes

The air conditioning works perfectly, but it's very loud, which made it hard to sleep at night. The hotel is in a good location - there's a bazaar and bus stops nearby, and it's about a 20-minute walk to the beach

The hotel is centrally located and the rooms are very clean. Employees are very kind and speak english. Toilets are very clean but not enough the minibar. Anyway, I recommend you to come here.. Nice place i like it.

They were there for us in our time of need. Flixbus dropped us off an hour earlier than expected at 3am. We had no sleep on the bus whatsoever due to no AC on the bus (30+ degree heat)

We arrived looking for a bed, and the lovely lady found us one, with a great shower and functional AC. For a very fair price too, around £40 for the two of us

3 tops Breakfast are good ! That it is true, but for early breakfast avoid servicing pastry from the day before (not crunchy and soggy) Also please advise the people supposed to help on cars parking, garding the entrance (in black suits) to speak nicely to the customers

The bellman was extremely helpful with our luggage upon arrival, and the amazing front desk staff, upon hearing that our trip had an unfortunate delay due to one of our kids running a fever on the morning of our expected departure, swooped in & made us a comfortable as possible by providing us with the location of a nearby doctor, allowing me to spend an hour & a half on the front desk phone trying...

The only reason I've given 4 stars instead of 5 - there is no water or coffee provided in the rooms, however when I asked about this immediately on our arrival to the hotel, the very kind receptionist told me I can come and get water and coffee from the bar any time I need

We requested a room with a view and they really delivered. Rooms and breakfast area are clean and bright. Breakfast is nice, mainly continental but also with some eggs and sausages

We took a trip up to the beaches in Golden Sands one day, but honestly much prefer the area near to Alekta. Golden Sands is all resorts and very touristy and about twice as expensive

The mattresses were decent enough, but upon closer inspection, they had some odd crumbs on them. On the terrace, there were two chairs but no table. The air conditioning turned on automatically whenever it pleased

We stayed at this hotel on 3 of our 4 trips to bulgaria. Getting there with the car is a bit tricky (i guess for a canadian). Hotel is nice and clean, Breakfast is to my taste.

It's a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. The valet who parks the cars is world class. Right there when you need him and his driving skills are tip-top. His name was Valeri, best man.

Reception staff was nice, too; they answered any question i had. Overall I would definitely recommend this place and/or come here again. Not to mention, you walk outside and straight on the beach within a minute!

A few words about the location of Panorama Hotel: it is situated in the tourist and resort area of Varna. 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the port (boat trips), 5 minutes to the amusement park

The hotel is not cost-effective, but the price of this hotel on Ctrip is too high. The price listed by the hotel front desk is just over 400 per night, and Ctrip's price is exaggerated

However, this city is a tourist city, and prices are high during the peak tourist season. But it was not the peak season when I went there, and I felt like I was cheated by Ctrip

Right across the hotel there is a great restaurant the white house. The rooms are very nice decorated and stylish and are sparkly clean. There is a big TV in the rooms. I can definitely recommend the hotel

Only one girl, beautiful by the way, spoke nice English. No any kind of room cleaning or laundry washing during the weekend. Bar is very small and also closes early so forget 8pm dinner

It's nothing more than a 3-star hotel, but clean, spacy and comfortable. Workers were extremely polite. But the room required to use air conditioner to warm up, windows are pretty thin.

Great location close to the beach, we were on the ground floor so there was a bit of noise from the road but it was alright, the bed was incredibly comfy! We arrived very late in the night after a long travel delay but the staff kindly left our room key/check in details by the reception as it was closed by then

Nice swimming pool - I liked that it has an inside and outside part but if you prefer the sea there is a calm and not busy sandy beach 5 min by foot, where you can find a good spot
