Best Hotels in Varna

The spa services were closed during my visit but I did get a relatively good massage. If you don’t mind walking, you can easily reach most of the Varna attractions save for the Aladzha monastery

Pro: Location - close to town and Sea Garden. Great view of the sea from our floor (11th). Good quality food for breakfast. Certain parts of the building need maintenance

Very old hotel. Good thing about it is that it is cheap and has a good view. It is highly recommended by locals.

When we booked, we wanted a large bed and a single bed, but somehow we were given 3 single beds. Due to language barriers and the fact that we were only staying with two people, we just accepted it

To get to the bathroom, you need to walk through the long strip in the back, which is a bit far, but the bathroom is quite big and comfortable

Very pleasant and comfortable hotel with wonderful view. Reach breakfast, very good location next to the Sea Garden (park), 5. min. walking distance to the beach (perfect for early morning swimming 👍).

The air conditioning works perfectly, but it's very loud, which made it hard to sleep at night. The hotel is in a good location - there's a bazaar and bus stops nearby, and it's about a 20-minute walk to the beach

The hotel is centrally located and the rooms are very clean. Employees are very kind and speak english. Toilets are very clean but not enough the minibar. Anyway, I recommend you to come here.. Nice place i like it.

They were there for us in our time of need. Flixbus dropped us off an hour earlier than expected at 3am. We had no sleep on the bus whatsoever due to no AC on the bus (30+ degree heat)

We arrived looking for a bed, and the lovely lady found us one, with a great shower and functional AC. For a very fair price too, around £40 for the two of us

Great place to stay for a night or two especially if you have a furry friend! The place offers air conditioning which is essential for the summer heat!

For example, a 250 ml bottle of a good wine was less than 2 euros. The staff at the hotel was always friendly and efficient. So if you need a very affordable hotel in a superb location, this could be your choice

Personnel - 5 starts; the perfect staff, they know how to make the guests to feel comfortable, they do their work fast and with great quality! Breakfast - 4 stars; I didn't liked the tables, they are good for a cafeteria, but not for eating, maybe serving the breakfast in the restaurant will be a much better and practical solution

It is very clean and they have kept it old fashioned style, you could be walking onto a second world war movie set. Good price and well worth the visit

One nice surprise was when we came to the hotel in the middle of the night and I wanted to have a drink before going to bed. The minibar was well-stocked and, what's important, prices were very low

The interior was a bit dated but, hey, the prices were so low, and they included free wifi and a decent breakfast

Staff is friendly, close to the bus station and the malls, it is placed away from major roads, so it's pleasantly quiet. There is a good pizza place 5 min walk away.

Nice place for its price range. The room is clean and tidy. We needed a crib for our baby and they were able to provide everything. Nice and polite staff, they were able to answer all my questions.

Great location, close to everything, excellent service. The staff is nice and helpful. Since the place is in the center, the entire city celebration and decibels are easily heard, but they last until 23:30 at the most

The breakfast was the most abundant in the place where I stayed during this period! The room was not big and the facilities were good, but there were no slippers. I was not used to it and asked them for them later

Favorite hotel for many years. Best location in Varna. Newly renovated, everything is great. I would like better breakfasts.

There are cafes, small shops, the embankment, and the beach nearby. The only downside is the noise from the music in the evening until 2 a. Probably from the casino or restaurant on the top floor

Visited the hotel this summer. The rooms were clean, big enough, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. The only disadvantage is the location. It is far from the city's center and you would need a car.

The restaurant is pleasant and with a rich enough menu. The swimming pool is big enough for the hotel. There is some free parking in front of the hotel. Prices are very reasonable for the area

The standard breakfast of the restaurant is very poor, there is no buffet. Those staying at the hotel must use a car or taxi to get to the city/beach, about 15-20 minute drive

There are not many rooms, so I suggest to make a reservation earlier. The rooms are big and cozy at the same time. The bed is very comfortable, I slept like a baby

This is the newest jewel in the historical part of Varna, that not many people know is the old Turkish neighborhood called "Talyana" (fishing net)

All in all there is no better small hotel in Varna at the moment. Coffee is great, so is Simona, her smile makes the experience even better

Nice family hotel. It should be borne in mind that it is far from the beaches and high above sea level. It is highly desirable to have a car. Well, or you have to, like us, ride a taxi.

It is located quite far from the sea, but we love to walk, so the location was not difficult for us, and daily walks to the bus stop among the gardens added positive emotions

It's a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. The valet who parks the cars is world class. Right there when you need him and his driving skills are tip-top. His name was Valeri, best man.

A few words about the location of Panorama Hotel: it is situated in the tourist and resort area of Varna. 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the port (boat trips), 5 minutes to the amusement park

Umbrellas, sunbeds, and beach towels were provided free of charge for hotel guests. In addition to breakfasts, we ordered lunch to the room. I rate all the hotel services very highly

People who serves food should speak English very well to explaing the ingredients respecting people's diet and health is vital for a good food experience and for health & safety as well

Best hotel in Varna Overall very good hotel. Location, pool, service. The coffee shop was very nice in the past, not anymore, new management probably. The room was not prepared for two but for one person.

It was a bit expensive in the summer however worth the price, and good price in the winter! The receptionist George was very kind polite and helpful! I highly recommend this hotel ( thanks ).

Before leaving the states , I did a research on Varna best hotels. Girls are the reception have a MAJOR attitude. Not sure if it's an attitudes towards tourists or in general attitude is normal here

Great view It is a great place, comfortable, modern. Just one thing that in the middle of the night we heard a night club music heavy bit, not sure where it came from. Otherwise, all went well and their spa is great.

The gym is tiny, the equipment is very old, yhe elliptical machine is broken, and weight selection is dismal and lacking standard equipment, so you have to improvise quite a bit to get a good workout, but it'sbetterthan nothing at all

The breakfast buffet is ok - a lot of baked goods and deli meats. I asked if I could have a freshly made omelet but was told no. The air conditioning works well and the staff are very polite & helpful

There is a parking, it is right next to a main road, the room was clean, the staff are responsive and kind, the view from the balcony was beautiful. The problem is that there is no actual door for the bathroom

There is just a blurred sliding glass that leaves a huge gap in the end, so everyone can see and hear everything in the bathroom, which leaves no privacy for the person

I stayed one night for my business trip. It's a peaceful hotel, the staff is friendly and helpful, and it's centrally located. Beds are very comfortable. Thanks a lot Grand Hotel London.

We had to leave very early in the morning because of our flight and we were called a taxi from the reception and were also given breakfast and water. All in all it was great I’d recommend :)

Very good hotel in the heart of Varna. Receptionists are really nice and helpful, there was no problem to see the rooms before we chose one to stay in

Only real tip to share is not to bother booking transfers from the airport to the hotel - we did and really overpaid! A taxi is only 10-15 leva (less than £10) and we paid double this as the hotel details stated it was an hour from the airport - in reality it was only about 15-20 mins

We also used the small ****** downstairs - it was machine only, but the hotel offers a free 10 leva bonus when spending 10, so a cheap evening out! Would recommend local restaurant, the Sundog and the Orient for lovely food

Very nice hotel! Rooms are big enough, same as the bathrooms. The Breakfast is perfect and I liked it, even if I am a fan of the Swedish Buffets. If you plan a visit here, try the Bulgarian Breakfast

Highlights include being so close to Parmy restaurant where we ate twice due to the food & service being excellent (NB you must book for an evening meal in Aug), the extremely friendly waiter at breakfast who remembered our order & would always greet us with a smile, the tourist train from the nearest beach down to the main Sea garden 'strip' (only 1lv pp each way)

Excellent place to relax and enjoy your time in wonderful Varna, Bulgaria. Great amenities with In/Out pool, tennis court, fitness, saunas, hot tubs, etc. Restaurant with unforgettable menu, friendly and loving staff

The hotel is advertised as 5* but it isn't really. Unfortunately the drains smelt horrible, although the shower was good and we couldn't work out how to get the plug in, to take a bath

Great value. Excellent location with big rooms at a great price. Direct 409 bus from airport. 20 minutes walk from the sea. There is a market across the road and the whole place is really pleasant.

Great experience and great location to try. I recommend for a less crowded place. They have 3 jacuzzi and 1 sauna. It's great for a budget.
