Delightful. So relaxing and in a great part of the city. Historically and for eating out. Added value with sea half and beaches about half a mile away. Good and cheap public transport if needed.

We had a brilliant time in Varna and City Boutique Inn was the perfect spot to enjoy it all from. Maggie runs an absolutely immaculate, friendly, homely operation. The bed is the comfiest I have ever slept on that isn't my own. Smart TV meant we could log in to Netflix etc. The air conditioning offers perfect climate control, the kitchenette had a small fridge, pans, cutlery, a 2 ring hob, plates, a corkscrew, scissors, a decent knife, chopping board etc. The shower was lovely, a spacious cubicle with both a large rain fixed head, and a handheld hose. We had a freestanding tub, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and cotton wool pads etc. Breakfast downstairs was a lovely continental spread with Bulgarian touches. Taking shoes off and swapping for slippers actually made the place feel more like home, tho its clean enough to walk barefoot too. Maggie had the best recommendations for places to eat, helped arrange Reservations, organised a tour for us to visit the stone forest and the Aladzha monastery. The location is a short walk from the beach, has shops and restaurants nearby and is near bus stops and the train station. What a remarkable stay we had in Varna, thank you so much Maggie. I don't usually feel sad to be leaving somewhere but I definitely wanted to stay and will be back sometime!

The place is gorgeous and Maggie is the most hospitable host imaginable, she made us feel like we’re family, gave us useful tips, and helped make reservations for us. The location is also ideal. I know where I’m staying next time I’m in Varna.

Probably the most comfortable bed we’ve had so far on this trip, and certainly the best breakfast. The accommodation is beautifully presented and very clean assisted no doubt by their quirky request to change our shoes to the slippers provided. I was fortunate to park the car right outside and armed with the M Park app to pay for parking as they instructed us to do on first booking. I wonder if parking may be an issue in the height of tourist season. They even had a gym, so I was able to get some exercise. There really was nothing I could find fault and would have liked to to have stayed longer. Highly recommended.

I stayed at the City Boutique Inn for one night in late September 2024 and had a lovely time. The room was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. It was very charming and inviting. The room was spacious, smelled good and the bed was comfortable. The Inn is located on a quiet street, so I was able to sleep well. The hotel is conveniently located in the central part of the town and within walking distance to museums, churches, and other tourist attractions. The pretty beach is also located within walking distance of the hotel. The breakfast was good with hot and cold food items. The Inn owners also offered sweet treats and coffee in the afternoon. The City Boutique Inn is a charming small hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. The owner assisted me with travel accommodations. It was very pleasant to talk with her. It was very apparent that the owners care about the inn and the guests. I highly recommend this hotel and would certainly stay there again.

There are many great things I would like to share. Overall experience great, and you won’t go wrong.
The host Maggie, great person very helpful, she has great knowledge and her suggestions were very helpful. She went above and beyond.
If I have to come again I would come back here. I recommend City Boutique to anyone looking out for a good experience in Varna close to town and beach and the park.

Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Maggie and her husband are brilliant hosts, will go out of their way to help and cater to every whim.
No shoes in the house, leave shoes at the door and wear slippers throughout the premises. Every single tiny detail has been thought out. It feels like home away from home.
When you come to Varna, this is the place to stay, bathroom/showers are big, rooms are really spacious, breakfast is great and fresh coffee beans for espresso/cappacinos.
Don't look anywhere else!
