My stay for one night was an emergency stay. The reservation and check in was uncomplicated. The room was quite small, breakfast was ok. It is a basic hotel without special luxury.

Very nice hotel located on a quiet street but at the same time conveniently close to the busy downtown area. Location was perfect since it allowed us to get to the beach and the Sea Garden in just 3-4 minutes by foot. Great Otel We stayed in a very clean and comfortable room. It would have been nice if they had provided slippers in the room. Breakfast was quite sufficient. We were welcomed and seen off with a warm smile. We really liked it and are glad we chose Hugo Hotel. If we visit Varna again, we will definitely stay here again. Great little hotel in the city center. Professional employees, nicely decorated comfortable rooms, minibar, free toiletries, fast free WiFi, tasty breakfast with delicious coffee.

Good hotel in case you need somewhere to spend a night in. 26$ for 1 bed suite. You get what you paid for. Towels, bed, all clean, some refreshments in the minibar, hair dryer, AC. Maybe some additional attention for bathroom dust cleaning would be nice, but as I said - it's ok for the price you've paid for.

It's located in a back alley near the station, so be aware if you're not comfortable with that kind of place. There's free parking behind the hotel, with space for 4 or 5 cars. There was no hairdryer.

The hotel is ok and is very close to the train station and the port. The street in front of the hotel is horrible. What I didn't like at all was the mattress. As a frequent traveler I was in different hotels in different countries. This was the worst mattress, because I had a feeling as I am laying on metal springs without any material above them. Horrible for people with spinal problems.

There are some old reviews complaining about uncomfortable mattresses, I'm happy to report those reviews are obsolete! Dionis was a great stay when all you need is a place to stay for a few nights.

The location is good, close to the sea, the facility is clean, parking is free, and there are no problems with getting in and out. However, the furniture in the rooms is very old, the beds are terrible, the springs are literally sinking. The bathroom, etc., is fine. The staff is attentive and friendly, but unfortunately, I won't go back until I read that the beds have been changed.

Less than 5 minutes from Station and a lif. Nearby supermarket with a bunch of Pringles. The only problem is seeking the plug everywhere that was located only undet the table. So I use a chair to put on my gadgets to charge. It falls few times because it's still far to.

We stayed at the hotel but I wanted to share pictures of the restaurant. The rooms are very clean and the bed is very comfortable. I recommend tomato salad caprese, is excellent. A very warm welcome from Zlatina. What a helpful young lady. She helped sort out our parking situation straight away. There are three spots, but for some reason we couldn’t use them. Hotel is situated right opposite the cathedral. It is however a busy main road, tends to be loud. Didn’t bother us though. Missed a coffee machine too.

Nice location, nice view from the room. But when it was rain outside - it also was in my room because of the window in the roof and it was about to destroy my ebook with water (luckily it had a case) and as a surprise on the last night - a cockroach (reach me out if you need a video)

The bed is the comfiest I have ever slept on that isn't my own. Smart TV meant we could log in to Netflix etc. The air conditioning offers perfect climate control, the kitchenette had a small fridge, pans, cutlery, a 2 ring hob, plates...

Nice place. The hotel it’s clean and has a great location, just across the street from the beach. Room was ok, bathroom was also ok-ish. One big minus: noise. The beach clubs are near the hotel so don’t expect a silent stay. Parking was a bit of a downside. Breakfast was fine (10 leva/person/day).
