Good enough, but for room for 2 person - they have only one towel, and one pair of slippers. Breakfast was nice.

Super fiendly and very accommodating staff. Spacious, clean room and good wi-fi but amenities could be a bit better (more outlets by the working space and bed)

Umbrellas, sunbeds, and beach towels were provided free of charge for hotel guests. In addition to breakfasts, we ordered lunch to the room. I rate all the hotel services very highly

Reception staff was nice, too; they answered any question i had. Overall I would definitely recommend this place and/or come here again. Not to mention, you walk outside and straight on the beach within a minute!

A few words about the location of Panorama Hotel: it is situated in the tourist and resort area of Varna. 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the port (boat trips), 5 minutes to the amusement park

Loved our stay here! Close to the beach, good service, beach towel, umbrellas and toys to use from the hotel. There were also small local restaurants across the street and a nice (not overcrowded) beach!

Everything you need for a seaside vacation, peace and quiet. Excellent food, delicious Bulgarian food, something new every day: meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, juices, cheeses and sausages + sweets

Cons - Absolutely notholaena of the road territory, practically no flowers in the yard, the withered grass without watering,the staff was not informed about the own beach from the hotel and the possibility to borrow beach towels,the Bartenders took food with his hands after the money

Family I went with went here years ago and they remembered it was a much nicer place. Unfortunately our experience this summer wasn't the best. Definitely needs renovation, and it would be a great hotel

Very good service, the food was limited, but I liked it. The hotel is near a Lidl, if you need something, 8 minutes to the public beach, near Astor Garden Hotel

The room's air-conditioning only blew cold air. The beach was crawling with flocks of little biting mosquitoes that were impossible to stand. Other than that everything else was OK. The room was clean and tidy 2

Not been since the recent refurb but stayed/dined and used the facilities here 4 years in a row. Great location in one of the oldest resorts in Bulgaria.

The bathroom's condition was kind of poor. - The bathroom had no ventilation - No soap or shampoo were provided - The lack of ventilation had caused all metal parts in the bathroom to start catching rust 2

Very old hotel, with old furniture. Definitely not my vision of 5-star hotel. Overall it was ok, but I won't be staying there second time. Not too excited about it though

Maybe the best place for family vacation with small kids. Excellent breakfast buffet. There are many attractions for kids. Clean beach and sea.

It has a big territory with several pools for adults and children, a nice park with some sport equipment, a good playground for children. The only disadvantage is a small beach

It is directly on the beach, in the dining room not good enough to wash dishes and not enough waiters, as a consequence a long time searching the net, or at least a free table. Cocktails in the bar are pretty mediocre

Good place for summer vacation if you do not want to spend a lot of money. It's a part of complex named Grand Hotel Varna

I also appreciate that the hotel provides towels for the pools. The food was very good and the space big enough to enjoy the meals in peace

What impressed us the most, however, was the attitude of the team. During our summer stay, we raised a concern, and the management took the time to listen, clarify, and handle everything in a very constructive way

This gave us great confidence in their professionalism and care for guests. That is why, when we wanted to return for a short break we did not hesitate to choose Aquahouse again. We felt even more welcome this time

The rooms are nice, modernly furnished, with a large TV. However, the bathroom resembles a studio kitchen. The toilet doesn't have a shower over the toilet. The toilet and shower doors are made of frosted glass

The breakfast is fantastic, with Bulgarian and international specialties. The hotel seems to be primarily geared toward families with children. Accordingly, things can sometimes get a bit chaotic

The hotel staff in general were very kind and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a wide variety of options to suit all preferences

Good located, close to the beach

Carpets and rooms smell a little like cigarettes and it is not well staffed for a hotel of this caliber — ie nobody at front desk, nobody answers phone, take your own luggage, grouchy towel ladies, etc

The hotel was great, but the beach where it is located is not very good, full of rocks. So if you are planning to swim in the sea, you have to go to another beach

We visited the hotel in July 2023. The rooms were really nice, we had great view however some things are old and not well-kept. The hotel has a really nice spa center with mineral water pools

The hotel is just on the beach with enough sunbeds for everyone. The pool with two water slides is big enough and just next to the beach bar with all-day drinks and snacks

Room was comfortable wirh a sea view. The food was okay but breakfast quite lomited. Only the lobby bar served spirits which meant that you could. only get beer/wine and soft drinks at the pool beach

Overall, I can recommend this hotel because of its position, right on the beach. The view from the room and the balcony was amazing

I liked the comfy beds and sea view with fresh air and therefore no need for a/c (btw every room has a view of the sea). The best part is the cuisine. Very good choice of meals, salads, fruit and desserts

One of our best family holiday. Close to the airport, close to bus to the Varna city center and also to Zlate pisky. Yet, the location is much calmer and with relaxing atmosphere

I used all-inclusive for breakfast lunch and dinner -food is absolutely outstanding. You could also have wine either white red or rosé or two different kinds of beer that was part of the all-inclusive

Perfect retreat, first line beach location, helpful staff 👌, balneo, and mineral water treatment, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, massage and spa facilities, etc. Definitely recommend 👌 !

Not only is the overall atmosphere nice but especially the pools and sauna overlooking g the sea make you feel truly relaxed. The outdoor pool wiyh mineral water was nice in the cold weather

Great stay with Piter Family Hotel! I really liked the fact that the hotel is on the beach and you could be set up(free chair and umbrella) in couple of minutes! Great staff and free parking as well! I would recommend this location to everyone who wants to go there as well!

A wonderful place for a family vacation! The hotel is located just steps from the beach, which is incredibly convenient, especially with kids. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-equipped

If you want to enjoy the view you just have to make a few dozens of steps going from your room into the restaurant or directly to the beach sand (day and night)

This hotel is actually a two story building with a sweet small restaurant facing the seashore. The building is on the beach, just separated with a road

Piter is a small and charming hotel. Everything in the room was extremely clean and well maintained. It is a pet friendly place as well – we were visiting the hotel with our dog and had no problems whatsoever.

The room - it was cleaned every day, towels changed as well, toilet paper and toiletries were more than enough

The botanical garden is actually very lovely and so welcome because it keeps everything cooler than in town. Don’t count on the playground, it’s a relic from the 80’s, but we had no expectations there so all is well

This hotel is so underrated on booking and on google, and I don’t really understand why. I was terrified of going with my toddler, because of these reviews, and they are totally unfounded

The bathroom - was pristine, and I am really particular about bathrooms in hotels. Parking space - There are more than enough parking spaces on the premises

We ended up driving downtown anyway to the promenade beach which is way smoother to enter the water, and the sand is smoother as well, also less waves than in other parts at the same moment in time, probably because it’s the most protected (by the two piers to the left and right)

I very much appreciated the fact that right at check-in they were honest about their beach, the hotel’s beach, and said theirs is terrible and very small (true) and we are welcome to use the next door hotel’s beach (Cabacum)

The breakfast was the most abundant in the place where I stayed during this period! The room was not big and the facilities were good, but there were no slippers. I was not used to it and asked them for them later

Big hotel and casino directly at city center within the pedestrian zone. Great staff that helps you with everything you need. In direct vicinity are several restaurants and you have only 800m to the beach.

There are cafes, small shops, the embankment, and the beach nearby. The only downside is the noise from the music in the evening until 2 a. Probably from the casino or restaurant on the top floor

Great location, close to everything, excellent service. The staff is nice and helpful. Since the place is in the center, the entire city celebration and decibels are easily heard, but they last until 23:30 at the most

Only one annoying thing was that the night life lovers shout loudly at night. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but the quality does not suffer much from this

Before leaving the states , I did a research on Varna best hotels. Girls are the reception have a MAJOR attitude. Not sure if it's an attitudes towards tourists or in general attitude is normal here

3 tops Breakfast are good ! That it is true, but for early breakfast avoid servicing pastry from the day before (not crunchy and soggy) Also please advise the people supposed to help on cars parking, garding the entrance (in black suits) to speak nicely to the customers

Several times the tone and sentences like "wait where ever you want. Until a parking spots is free", when I booked parking for my complete stay. Is not the type of sentence that you want to ear

The hotel is not cost-effective, but the price of this hotel on Ctrip is too high. The price listed by the hotel front desk is just over 400 per night, and Ctrip's price is exaggerated

However, this city is a tourist city, and prices are high during the peak tourist season. But it was not the peak season when I went there, and I felt like I was cheated by Ctrip

Central and quiet Very good and central hotel, many chose breakfast from the menu and got a huge portion of what they wanted, nice and helpful staff, own sports bar in the hotel

Staff are so friendly, rooms are always clean and hotel guests get discounts in the sports bar. Absolutely love this hotel and have stayed here everytime ive been to varna

A real throw back to soviet times. Very old fashioned, which I don't mind to be honest. The beds were much comfier than they looked, and the room was clean, and had a great view. The hotel is in a brilliant location

That must be one of the hardest reviews to write. The staff is amazing very calm,friendly and patient. We have arrived late but the staff was aware of our arrival so the food was waiting for us

There are drawbacks but they have nothing to do with the hotel itself but the newer hotels which are built directly on the beach and ruin the nature

The cleanliness of the bedroom was a sharp contrast to the dirtyness of the dining room and the bar. And the contrast in staff was visible also, with reception being very pleasant and helpful

This continued to breakfast, again, next to no choices and my wife fancied a tea, but struggled to find a clean cup ( they were actually filthy, not just stained as tea/coffee cup can be)

We found it here a few steps from the beach, an exceptional place around which we find several amazing restaurants

However, it was durty, there were spider webs everywhere, the floor looked clean, but even after house cleaning, if you step bearfoot, the illusion is broken. They changed the towels every day

So there is housekeeping, but asides from changing towels and making the beds, it seems they don’t clean, which takes away from the experience. The other issue we had was with the internet

I enjoyed my stay. Great location! The noise from the bar was not so disturbing, however I stayed during week days. I can only comment that breakfast options can be improved since each plate was 10 BGN each.

The complex consists out of a hotel, two restaurants, open air bar, a club that can be rented out for events, garden area and free parking! Everything decorated in style! The neighborhood is quiet, there are shops and bars, unfortunately in bars you pay in cash. The beach is close, you can get to the center by bus almost from the hotel about 20-30 minutes

Situated in a typical local neighborhood, not in the centre but close enough to it by public transport or car. Excellent transportation and there is a bus station very close to the hotel

My wedding was there and i was so happy cuz of the stuff and the wedding room and hotel rooms are perfect

A very warm welcome from Zlatina. She helped sort out our parking situation straight away. There are three spots, but for some reason we couldn’t use them. Hotel is situated right opposite the cathedral

It is however a busy main road, tends to be loud

But when it was rain outside - it also was in my room because of the window in the roof and it was about to destroy my ebook with water (luckily it had a case) and as a surprise on the last night - a cockroach (reach me out if you need a video)
