wonderful place to stay! spacious room, everything clean, the pool is amazing, scooter rental was great and everything is reachable. very kind staff and great educational initiative (50% of their profits go into local school!)

I arrived around 12 PM and asked to check in, but the receptionist seemed confused and asked for a room number. I explained I had a reservation and paid online. They eventually found it but said check-in was at 2 PM and no rooms were available. I left my luggage and returned later, but a different staff member knew nothing about it. After repeating everything, I got my key.
The room was on the 3rd floor with no elevator, which is difficult with heavy luggage. The room was very small, with no hot water. The smart TV didn’t show anything at all.
During my 2-night stay, no cleaning was done. Trash wasn’t removed, and supplies weren’t refilled. Reception said I had to request cleaning, which is not standard.
The location is a bit far from the center. Wi-Fi was good.
Overall, there are clear areas for improvement. It was Khmer New Year period, so maybe that affected service.

It’s a family friendly place to stay in. For that price, l will overlook other things. The bathroom smell is another thing.

Its a cute Hotel with friendly stuff a Bit outside of town.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the location was convenient, there were several issues that made my stay less comfortable. The hotel does not have an elevator, which was difficult when carrying luggage, and no staff offered help with suitcases going downstairs. The pool area was not very clean, and overall, the rooms could use better maintenance. Additionally, the water pressure for the shower was quite low, making it hard to enjoy a proper shower.

The rooms are cleaned only upon request and have no amenities.
Don't rent a scooter at the property because it's the worst thing you can get, and you'll still have to leave your passport, even if you're a resident.

A good hotel at a reasonable price. We stayed for one night. Two large, comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and eager to help.
A bit far from the center, a 25-minute walk, but a tuk-tuk ride costs $1. Shops are a 10-minute walk away.
