This place is opening again. With the initial patpat owner and the pohato restaurant very nice lady.

Stayed here for nearly 2 weeks. It has a nice pool and gym to use and its a quite place..not a party place. Good to chill just a few metres from the beach too.
This place was ridiculous from the start. The hosts were rude and not willing to help at all. They accused us of making wrong reservations even though we had online proof of correct reservations. We had to pay extra to get the rooms that we originally wanted. Our door did not fully close, and the lock was extremely loose. I brought $175 with me just in case of emergencies. As we were leaving to go to the beach, I tried to use the safe and I had trouble opening it. There was a fee for the staff to open the safe if the customer couldn’t open it, so I decided to just leave my money behind in the room. I just arrived back home in Phnom Penh and noticed $130 missing from my wallet. Coming back from the beach I noticed ladies hovering outside our door. I am confident the guesthouse has extra keys for each room and I am confident that the hotel staff STOLE this money from my wallet. I am beyond disgusted that I trusted this place and I hope that any potential customer stays away. I could complain for hours about this guesthouse but I am appalled that they went in my room, into my wallet and took my hard earned money. STAY ANYWHERE ELSE.

Great place 50 metres from the beach. Clean bathrooms and rooms, priced for the budget traveller. Great little restaurant as sea side bar. Hotel had a swimming pool,exercise room and lounge area. Owned by a great French couple,I would stay there again in a heart beat!
A nice place 50m from the beach, rooms have AC and well equipped with the basics. TV wasnt working meanwhile we were there. Affordable price with gym and swimming pool, i would definitely recomment it to everyone!
