The most disgusting hotel I have stayed at in my travels thru Asia. Bed sheets had stains, as well as ants. Management actually laughed when I said there are ants in my bed. Price is not cheap, so many better places for the same price. Oh and I laugh the half roll of toilet paper they provide. Please do you self a favour and skip this disgusting hotel.

cheap price, room has a big window, everything look good, toilet is very clean, room is tidy, 2 water bottle, coffe, tea is free, staff can speak english but not so well, especially near the beaches and coffee shop, food stall

The most duck up hotel in this area, water leaking in the bedroom, no TV, free insects like cockroach and centipede. Poor lighting in the bathroom N major water leaks in the bathroom . Window blinds are not working in open bad view from outside. Please do not come and stay in this hotel very bad. I checked in at about 10 pm and I want to change the room and next thing you know the receptionist is missing only came back in the morning no help at all. Wi-Fi coverage in the room is very poor.

What I liked abou it : Price is very affordable.

What can be improved : They said check in is until 10pm, I arrived before that but no one was there and I needed to wait for someone to check me in.
: There was no food available. Even the noodle soup or nuts from the menu was not available(according to the staff I talked to).

It speaks volumes when the proprietor of an establishment immediately apologizes after showing you the room. Dead roaches in front of the door. Massive infestation issue. Ants everywhere. Stained sheets. Had to ask for them to be changed. The fridge had not been plugged in for ages and stank up the room. The view was nice if you ignore the construction in front. Their saving grace, the view of the ocean, will not be there one year from now.

Beautiful place to stay with large rooms very clean AC, hot water and WiFi, really nice atmosphere in the communal area, great place to work, read a book or just sit with a coffee. Jamie is an amazing host and very professional, highly recommend this place to stay in otres out side of the concrete jungle of sihanoukville and a 150 meters to the beach

Very cosy and peaceful ambience. Love it and the coffee. Friendly staff. One the best, if not the best hotels with cafe in Otres.
