This hotel was the perfect base for exploring Kampot! Located right in the heart of town, we were just a short walk away from the Old Market and amazing local restaurants. The room was modern, comfortable, and beautifully designed with a touch of colonial style. We especially loved the rooftop views and the helpful travel tips provided by the front desk. A fantastic value for such a great location!

I wasted my money on the wrong hotel when I visited Kampot province. On a very busy day, they don't pay attention to us, are not helpful, and are not welcoming us. The room was dirty and small, with a bad smell. Especially, they didn't check the A/C before guests came; it had a sound at midnight and was not cooling. Breakfast is included, but it takes so long and the staff do not pay attention to us.

I chose this hotel because they got a good location, but I didn't expect it to be a bad experience because -The staff are not helpful to us, they don't welcome us -The room is not comfortable, small ad had bad smell -The toilet was not clean, stick on the floor -slow wifi connection, no data services -The food was not edible, and it took too long to take the order.

Really bad place ever, first I entered the reception, the staff were not welcoming to us, and the management did not care at all. I decided to stay here because there is no choice, and also, they have a nice location in the city, but no data services. The room is not comfortable and not even cool at all, and they don't have a solution for us. They have food, but the order takes so long that I was so craving, and all I got was food that taste weird and was not good.

After staying at this hotel, I felt regret and wasted lots of money. The room was small and smell bad, I found out that the blanket is so dirty, the A/C is not cool and had sound at night. Staff is not welcome and not helpful to us. Breakfast are include but does not taste good at all.

I've stayed in many places, but this was one of the worst experiences. From the moment we arrived, the staff were unfriendly. The room was average but not clean, and the air conditioner barely worked — clearly not checked before our arrival. The location is central, but the data signal was very weak. Breakfast was available, but it took too long to be served and didn’t taste good. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

One star for the "happy" scam...no more happy served...don't go for the happy part...pizza was okayish...not sure about other food...
