Nice hotel a bit outside of Kampot city center, along tge river. Rooms are big and clean, bed is comfortable. The garden which includes a small pond is cute, there's a woden deck above the river which is great to chill and a decent swimming pool. Unfortunatelly, the bar/restaurant is currenrly closed

The place is quite comfortable, clean and the service is also friendly.

I will give 1 star and only because their rooms were pretty clean no TV though. Staff have absolutely have no interest in customers, no menu, no lunch or dinner available. Once the room was paid for no receipt was given. WiFi extremely poor....will never go there again

Do not expect a 5-star hotel, but this resort is affordable and directly on the river. There is a restaurant for food and drinks and breakfast is included. Kampot is 10 minutes away by TukTuk.
We did have some issues with the air conditioning, but they fixed it on request on the second day. Now they have at least 2 receptionists that speak English and are super friendly, so previous reviews must have been taken in consideration.

The property is nice, I have been checked, but I decided not stay there coz of the low customer service.

It’s a beautiful place with nice view, small bar and snoker. Good place to stay and hangout in the evening. However the room is designed without closet. No proper place to hang your clothes. In overall, it’s acceptable!

Booked my room over the phone one day ahead, only to not find my name on their list when we got there. It was horrible. A staff there was rather helpful and offered to us find a nearby place.
