Adventure Dome Resort in Kep

Stayed at the hotel for some time and while there were some improvements from my last visit there were still many to be done. The standards of cleaning are poor and obvious things missed. Water and coffee top up regularly requested. Clean towels not provided on occasions. They have installed a electric key fob which is fine however for things in the fridge while you go out will put your items to be hot or go off or melt for things like chocolate or even cheese There is also issues with ants quiet often you’ll find them making nests in the toilet or even on the bed The pricing is affordable but still improvements to be had. Mostly it’s down to cleaning that issues are occurring I have to say the cleaner is just generally lazy and even leaves the rubbish for days outside the room. Laundry is ok but clothes don’t smell fresh when coming back but due to some time limits and work I had no choice but to use the laundry of the hotel, I left a bag with rubbish and through stupidity someone decided they needed cleaning rather than the bin I would revisit and hopefully find that new cleaning staff have been employed

Hygiene and cleaning much needed improvements The beds are stained badly from previous customers, the general cleaning of the basic cleaner is lacking doesn’t know how to pick up towels or empty bins or clean windows, the bathroom window is leaking that it makes the bathroom its own private pool - crack in the window and mouldy leaky ceiling do I recommend the hotel for a large room it’s ok overall not really value for money 3 star overall rating 2

Hygiene and cleaning are much needed improvements beds are stained from previous customers, rooms are large but the cleaning of them is certainly lacking cleaners not knowing how to empty a bin even when it’s outside the room it gets left for days allowing several mites and pests

It certainly lacks standard basics of clean levels but the main girl who runs the place is friendly can speak English and does try and her levels of cleaning are improved from others within the hotel I did ask on one occasion after Khmer new year and they had no staff to clean which I found poor

The window in the bathroom is cracked and the ceiling is leaky allowing the bathroom to become your own private swimming pool it seems some much needed investment and improvement.

A lot of potential, but very poorly maintained. All rooms are moldy and will make you cough. Dome room roof looked like a biology lab, black spores everywhere. Pool was clean and nice, but site pictures are very misleading. No slide. Tower is a neat idea, but is rusted and poorly maintained. No chill areas set up anywhere, very unwelcoming. Staff were ok, but a bit of a language barrier, not giant though. A bit understaffed probably. Price is very high for what you get.
