Beware of the monkeys that accosted us at the reception and snatched our fruits
The hotel was so kind that we got reimbursed for their cost but the monkeys are too aggressive for guest safety, especially if you have children
We were never advised at check so unaware but somebody should take action before the monkeys take over the whole town maybe in the future and tourism will pay the price

Nice and simple hotel for your simple needs and right in front of the beach! Nice pool in front of my room for a quick swim. The service is great and breakfast is delicious but a la carte so no wasteful buffet here! Overall a great place to stay in Kep if you are on a budget.

Lovely beachfront hotel surrounded by lush green mountains and a beautiful beach. The staff is very attentive, and what I love most about this hotel is the easy access to the beach—it's so effortless. I could enjoy the stunning view right from my room’s balcony. However, the wifi is unstable in the room but at restaurant it is working fine, the room doesn’t come with a hairdryer or shower cap, so be sure to bring your own. Other than that, everything was great. I would definitely return

Saravoan has the best location in Kep, overlooking a great little beach with excellent views of the islands,we have been staying there for holidays every year for the last nine years in which time a few managers have come and gone, the amenities have not changed much but quiet rustic and suit the rainforest environment,they now serve a free breakfast which this time was very good, service was as usual pretty good, sometimes requires patience but they are always helpful,to reception is poor and always has been but wifi is fine,pool is still clean and in great spot with views, moto rents are cheap and it’s a lovely ride to the crab market around the foreshore about one kilometre away, there are plenty of fancier hotels in Kep now but if you like location, views,close restaurants and reasonable service this one is the best hands down!

The location is really good. However, other than the good location for the price, there are many shortcomings to give it a high score. The breakfast and amenities are also low compared to the price. It would be better if the price was lowered a little.

Saravoan was very clean and in a great location. Courtney and the rest of the staff were helpful in planning our day in Kep and took such good care of us while we stayed. Definitely recommend staying here, it was a great value for the money.
