Palm House Boutique Resort in Kep

A very comfortable classical Khymer-style hotel that is well maintained. A good-sized and clean pool surrounded by a matured and manicured garden completed my pleasant stay there.

A sanctuary for a yoga weekend!!
I was so lucky to attend their wellness weekend last week. I attended their morning yoga and evening sound healing, so grateful for the yoga teacher, Ting Ting. 🙏😊
The quiet surroundings make my stay in the retreat center feel so peaceful.

We had quite a good experience here. The rooms were clean, and made up every day. The service was very good and helpful. Food was a tad on the high side for the quality but it was to be expected. The pool was lovely but it could definitely use a good scrub, there is a lot of black buildup on the grout joints in the pool(when touching the side went under my fingernails). Breakfast altogether was pretty good, the juice was real, and there was plenty of fruit.

My only disappointment was the eggs Benedict which was absolutely not an eggs Benedict(instead of hollandaise sauce they half cooked an egg chopped it up and dumped it on top of two poached eggs which were sitting in a puddle of water). When I commented that it was not an eggs Benedict the receptionist told me “that’s how we do it we don’t have sauce”, which is absurd because it’s super easy to make. If you can’t make a dish, don’t put it on the menu. I did eat it because I didn’t want to waste food but it was not enjoyable.

They took us in when the hotel we booked months ago told us there is no record of our booking due to the change of ownership. Nice and clean rooms, friendly service. Great place to chill. Good for family holiday.

The location is perfect for me because it's far from the busy Kép Beach. Everything within the amenities worked fine. The staff were new but you can sense their determination to serve you on top of their capabilities. They were all very accommodating.

We booked the whole place for pool party and it was great. I hope to rent bike to go for a ride along the beach. Sadly the manager told me the bike are all broken which is kinda bump.
