Only one blackjack table, when one dealer starts losing they bring in another until people start losing then that's the one that stays. I had to wait 45 min to even be on the table.

Still under renovation. Cleanliness below average. . Some rooms have bad smell . Lack of resources like extra key cards, many repairs were needed during stay. Some doors don't close properly. However decent door security features. Staff will help with complaints. Ground floor rooms are already renovated with nice decor. Half have pool access (quite nice but facing construction site) , half face the wall and random hotel laundry. Those facing pool have decoration pools but they're filled with fish and algae. Breakfast still ok. Free WiFi. Mini fridge and safe. Some plugs are international, most just for US /Europe. Working A/C. Plenty of lighting.

In one word, terrible. It was the worst hotel where we stayed during our trip in Cambodia!
First of all, the restaurant wasn't clean at all. The floor was disgusting, the walls should have a new fresh painting and the table clothes were full of stains. The buffet for the breakfast was very poor and the presentation very bad (plastic film on the plates..). The worst thing was that there was a lot of waiters in the restaurant but they weren't doing anything.
Then, the room was comfortable but the bed sheets weren't clean and when the neighbours took their shower upstairs, it rained inside the room..
Finally, the hotel had a swimming pool but just next to a building in construction. So besides the noise, the view wasn't great to have a break..
In conclusion, we advise you to choose another hotel and run!
