The staff are wonderful and the room was clean. Please be advised that the adjacent shopping mall's loudspeakers arw definitely most audible from inside the room. It is quite remarkable just how loud an amplified bass frequemcy truly is while it's literally, physically shaking the entire space you occupy. The imcessant jackhammering from the construction beneath the room was a secondary concern, but very real nonetheless.

I've always lived here, and the price dropped this time, I don't know why. It's in the central area, so I recommend it. Restaurants, delivery services, banks, and taxis are all easily accessible nearby. The only downside is that the bathrooms tend to leak everywhere.

Hotel and facilities are great. The stuff very friendly and helpful Breakfest with different choices.
The place itself is a little bit far from the river, but tuktuks are everywear 😀

We had requested a baby cot during our booking, so we were surprised to learn at check-in that the hotel does not provide them. As we did not receive any prior communication about this, we were unable to make alternative arrangements in advance. Eventually, after much insistence on our part, the staff managed to obtain a baby cot from the residence apartment adjacent to the hotel.

The hotel was “okay” for the price is a little expensive since is a little old and the mall where it is located is empty there’s not many food options around but good thing is that the breakfast is super good

Stayed with my parent the room is a little outdated and the hotel in general seems old but is okay a little bit overpriced and the area has a mall that has nothing in it is like a ghost town besides that is okay but a little overpriced for what it actually is
