Good location and price. Facilities a bit old and limited portion of breakfast. But at this price you cannot really have anything to complain about.

Superb location beside the biggest night market in Siem Reap but in a quite street. Just 5 minutes walk to the old market & Pub Street. Any guest that stay here will simply loves it safe, quite and good location.

It's close to Art Center Market and loud music blasts in the mornings, sometimes. The rooms are old, dated and unclean. The beds are hard as concrete and the linens are of low quality and seem to be unwashed. One positive aspect to staying here, it is within close walking distance to Pub St. and other places. However, there are far better and equally priced hotels in this area. Don't fall for the "free upgrade" line the staff have been trained to use on naive foreigners. You're getting raped here and the line is designed to soften the blow.
