Angkor Hotel is a great place to stay in Siem Reap. The location is convenient, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. The pool is a nice bonus after a day of exploring, and the food is tasty. Great value for the price!

Clean rooms, AC, western showers, walking distance to many many restaurants, laundry and more. Angkor market is a 5 minute walk. They have everything a westerner could ask for.

The english speaking staff is super professional. Kindness is a way if business for them.

I have stayed here on three consecutive trips in the last 18 months. I will also house my family and friends as well. No better recommendation.

Excellent pricepoint for an upscale facility. The property needs an overhaul; but we were still quite comfortable.

The hotel is close enough to the main tourist area and right off of route 6. That’s about the only good thing about it. It is incredibly dated and has a musty smell throughout. It feels abandoned, so much so that I had to ask if there were any other guests. Beds are not comfortable, and the air con is not cold in the rooms. I had to change rooms 3 times because of the lack of a cold air conditioner and finally said forget it, and I moved to another hotel in the middle of the night. The staff was nice, the condition of the hotel is not their fault.

The pool area is nice too. There are much better hotels in the area for the same price.

Staff are lovely and I'm sure at some point the hotel was as well.
Building has potential be be great but is not looked after and is very dirty.
The room we had was large and had real potential to be great but again, was filthy, and the bathroom was even worse.
At best 2 star, realistically if the staff hadn't tried to help on the first night, i'd give it 1 star. Sad, as it could be a 3 start if it all had a really through clean.
Sadly, I wouldn't advise anyone to stay here.
I understand that the country has real economic issues but there's no excuse to such dirty rooms as was shown by the hotel we moved to the next day.

I did not like this hotel. The staff member at reception was so unfriendly and unprofessional and unhelpful . I didn’t feel ok staying here. I checked out and stayed elsewhere. There was no bar or restaurant as advertised. Wouldn’t recommend.

We used on tour ⭐ There was only water in the shower and I was in the middle of the night, but when I called he answered immediately. In addition, we prepared lunch when we were told that we left early in the morning. There was also a clean feeling and I was comfortable for 3 nights!
