Comfortable beds, spacious and clean rooms. Food in bar area was very nice and staff friendly. Location was ok for us as we needed quick access to highway early next morning to head west. It’s sits on the outskirts of Calgary.

Hotel is old and needs to be remodeled. Bathroom is small and only allows one person in the room at a time. When using a cart to transfer luggage from auto to room the lip on the exterior doorway causes the wheels on the cart to fall into a hole. You then have to lift the cart out of the hole and over the threshold straining your back. The carpets and couch have stains and look unsanitary. Will not stay here again.

the service was good we didn't do much but from what we experienced the staff were nice and the check in and check out was fast the food was fine the buffet breakfast had little choices but it made up with the taste it was clean and when you can't choose what to eat for dinner at the hotel restaurant there is a starbucks mcdonalds A&W and a subway so more food options

Very much a winner in all areas of service. The front desk is especially a highlight and the presentation of the hotel is solid. My only critique is it has continued to climb in price over the years at a rate that gets it on the edge of my price range so I may not stay here anymore passing by but you should. Let me be clear that all aspects of a hotel stay are good here and even the access to the highway is amazing and fantastic, reducing stress. Highly recommended for families and solo travelers wanting to stay a few days. Rooms, pool, and all amenities were exceptional.

These guys took such good care of us and our guests at our wedding. What a fantastic event. Literally the best buffet I've ever had. And the honeymoon suite was worth every penny.

Another great stay at the Four Points By Sheraton Calgary West, largely thanks to the incredible staff.

I must give a special shout-out to Melissa, the front desk supervisor, whose dedication to exceptional service stands out. Melissa consistently goes above and beyond to ensure we feel valued and comfortable. Her professionalism and warm demeanour make a significant difference, and it's always a pleasure to interact with her.

The hotel itself is spotless, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Whenever we're at the hotel, we make it a point to dine at Avenue 16. The menu offers a fantastic selection of delicious and reasonably priced dishes.

The combination of outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, free and easy parking, and great dining options makes this our go-to hotel whenever we need to be close to Calgary Olympic Park.

Fantastic Value and Excellent Service at Four Points by Sheraton Calgary West!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel and Suites Calgary West, and must say, it was a great experience that offered fantastic value for money!

Free parking at the hotel which is conveniently located right across the highway from WinSport and Canada's Sports Hall of Fame. Defiantly worth the visit as well!

We stayed in a spacious one-bedroom suite that was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The suite provided ample space to relax and get some work done.

Check-in was fun and seamless, thanks to the Sachin at the front desk. Sachin went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met. His customer service skills and warm hospitality set the tone for a great stay.

Dining at "Avenue 16" restaurant was equally impressive. The service was attentive and friendly, and the dinner was delicious.

Overall... Convenient location + comfortable accommodations +
exceptional service = fantastic value!
