It was disappointing that the exterior and pool were under construction during my stay. The breakfast area beside the lobby was very small and crowded.

Disappointed that the pool was undergoing maintenance and was unavailable during our stay. The breakfast 'self serve & prepare' could have been better explained.

The room is clean and spacious, king bed and sofa bed is very comfy, kitchen is very nice and we are totally satisfied with the hotel service. Highly recommend booking this room for a family. (Picture of sofa bed)

An old hotel with a good location and service attitude. Free parking is available in the underground parking lot. It is very close to the Banff Trail light rail station and has convenient transportation.

The room is clean and tidy. The facilities are a bit old, but well maintained. There are refrigerators and microwaves. There are many sockets in the room, which is very user-friendly.

The breakfast is average. This is the breakfast of North American hotels. It is incomparable with domestic ones.

The hotel has good facilities and good value for money. The parking lot is in the underground garage and is very safe. However, the breakfast is not very tasty. It is no problem to eat enough. The room is relatively clean and the bedding is OK. But I don't know why, there is only a sheet on the top of the quilt. Do you just change the sheet every time? Do you sleep directly inside the quilt? Anyway, I turned it inside out and I don't understand? I haven't seen enough of the world, right?

Satisfied with the service from this hotel they change and re-arrange the room every day even without requesting it. Breakfast was good as well and you will never see an empty display from the buffet room. Highly recommended this place.

Yum. good food. McDonald's is the fast food restaurant in my opinion. The people there are also really nice. One time they messed up my order so they gave me a free burger. Would definitely go there again.

McDonalds:

Pros:

-Burgers taste like a&w
-Fast
-Love that screen ordering feature at some McDonald's.

Cons:

-Food Gets worse after a while.
-Happy meals come with apple slices, but apple can't be ordered normally.
-Bad breakfast.

It's McDonald's, does it actually need a rating? What is more interesting and worth exploring is why we all keep coming back here eventually. Chemtrails, addictive drugs in the food, who knows.

A small place with limited parking and seating. Seem like very long wait times for food inside as they focus on Autos first in Drive-thur It gets alot of pan handlers types. Not bad early morning or in an off peak time

Most of the meal was fine and the (take out) service was quick and courteous. I think it's a bit pricey for what is essentially fast food fish. The fries were actually really good but I can't give it more than three stars because the coleslaw was frozen. Seriously?! Who freezes coleslaw? Ever?

I really used to love Joey's when they first came out 25 years ago. There was a time when it was one of the best restaurants in Calgary to visit, especially in the Eau Claire location. This particular location is worth skipping though. Staff feels like they don't want to be there, and I ended up leaving before I even ordered due to the poor atmosphere.

Ordered $65 worth of your seafood dinners. Upon delievery the driver was polite. Unfortunately the food was cold and the portions were extremely small not to mention greasy. My family has attended Joey's and ordered from same place we had it delivered from. Infact I have been attending this Joey's ever since this location opened here in Calgary. I accept the cost of fish is high in this city but I can't accept the poor quality/quantity. It's been quite a while and we haven't ordered from a Joey's since. Maybe one day we will all gain our appetites for Joey's again.

My fiance enjoyed the fish. I didn't quite enjoy the chicken strips. They were a little hard and tasted a little like they were cooked in the same oil as the fish.

The place is is for Seafood though so of that's all you are looking for, this is a great place to eat.

It's been a few years since I've been here and am very disappointed. The quantity of portion size is laughable. Ordered the 3 piece fish and chips for takeaway. Service was great, no complaints there. Got home to dig in and found the most thinly sliced fish I have ever encountered, so basically I paid almost $18 for 3 slivers of fish that was mostly batter, yummy! I had asked for no tarter sauce but extra lemon. Received 4 tiny pieces of lemon (which, turned out to be enough considering the lack of fish) and 2 packages of tarter sauce. Fries were good though.

This used to be a great little place, not anymore. If you are craving fish & chips I would recommend going somewhere else.

***FOOD POISONING!***
Stay clear of this location, ordered two Medium pizza's last night and about 4-5 hours after eating woke up to the horror that is diarrhoea while vomiting at the same time. Girlfriend experienced the same symptoms and the only other thing we had to eat or drink that day was cereal in the morning. Pretty much done with Papa John's, in general, I never want to experience anything like this again, and I hope this alerts people to a severe problem with this location.

My and my wife walked into the pizza joint just to grab something fast to eat before the game the pizza was done ready in like 2 mins i was suspicious! Didn’t think anything of it too much. Minutes into the 4th quarter started to get sick REALLY SICK!!????
Just called to let them know! The first thing they say is “oh we need proof”
?‍♂️ nothing not even we sorry to hear that! Just we need proof. So don’t trusted them should’ve went to the Dominos.

Papa Johns is great pizza, probably the best of the franchises. Not this location though. The quality has gone down big time... My favourite thing about this place is how the staff seamlessly transitions from handling cash to handling all the toppings in the process of making your pizza. Delicious.

Staff is totally incompetent. Claimed they tried to call to confirm the order before making it yet they send you a confirmation of your order. Ordered online and they claim this was the policy which they made up to cover their ass for their incompetence.

The lady was extremely rude to us on the phone and offered no apology. Would avoid this place like the plague.

I love Papa John's pizza but I feel that this location skimps on the toppings. This is especially true with their garlic knots. Ours had no topping on them and were flavorless. :( A few years ago they had this problem with their breadsticks. This is why I stopped ordering breadsticks and got the garlic knots. Now I don't know what I'm going to do. :(
