The front desk staff was very nice, lots of parking but had to search for an outside plug that worked to plug my vehicle in.

Room was run down, banging and noisy from upstairs. “Kitchen” faucet was broken and there was absolutely no hot water. There was a loud whining noise from window area

Room was small and in terrible shape. Left the sign on the door for two days to have the room cleaned and that didn’t happen. Didn’t have the staff! Hahaha not sure how you run a hotel without cleaning staff. Even with the room being small only half of it would get cooled down, so the kids were sweating all night and we were freezing. We’ve stayed here before with no issues. Maybe it’s under new management. We definitely won’t be back

The hotel is outdated on the inside besides the lobby. Room is old and smells of animas or something. Beds are wait too soft so we all three did not sleep good. Airco /heat is super loud. And near the elevator they have construction.
Check in was okay not bad but nothing special. Would not stay here ever again. Mostly of the smell of the place. It isnextt to to the highway towards Banff so that is good and many fast food places near by. Area seemed to us not the best with homeless men looking trough the garbage at the parking area.
