Honestly unless you're in hotels right by it or are limited to transit. I would go to the burger King on 52st and Memorial. This one is garbage. Burgers are always a gross soggy mess and the staff is generally incompetent. I've been here many times and never am satisfied.

I've never visited your restaurant in this location before. I was on my way to work and didn't have much time. I went to the drive thru and was confused at the setup. The "speaker box" was some distance from the actual menu. I rarely go to Burger King so I wasn't sure what I wanted. I had to drive up to the menu to decide, and then back up to order. This seemed odd. I ordered an apple turnover and was told it would take five minutes. I figured that once I ordered it, and paid, it would be almost ready. Once I paid I was told to pull up to the front door. It was -25C yesterday so I followed instructions. I wait a few minutes in my car and then figured I'd go inside (because it didn't seem fair that a worker would have to deliver my meal in the cold). I waited another five minuted inside for my turnover. My Whopper was sitting there the whole time. By the time she packed my Whopper and turnover into a takeout bag my Whopper was cold. The entire drive thru experience from the point of making my order took more than 10 minutes. I will never visit this location again.

Took 20mins to get our order while dinning in. Recomend getting your order in the drive through then taking it in.
Staff are friendly and apologetic for the delay.

Was a little disappointed when I noticed on a sign what I ordered was part of a special deal so I could have saved a few dollars. Cashier never mentioned it. Also they make you say how many packets of ketchup where most places just give you a handful.

Order is hardly ever right if u order drive through.And Manager needs to be more POLITE taking orders at drive through.

Timmy's is Timmy's... Great coffee and snacks but my God please train your staff on customer service!

Cashier kept getting my order wrong. I blame the menu system for Tim Horton. It is too complicated and made ordering along with taking orders a chore.

I am from Ontario and currently residing in Calgary Alberta. Tim Hortons is my favorite all-time only one coffee in the whole wide world. Since I have been in Calgary I have been having one heck of a Time when I go to the drive thru and I tend to only use drive-thrus. The person taking my order either cannot comprehend what I'm saying or gets my order mixed up I have to repeat things three and four times before they understand what I'm saying how hard is an "extra large with 1/4 French vanilla?" It is usually a foreign person taking the order and not to be picking on foreign people but either they don't understand me or I don't understand them. I am not the only person who has voiced this opinion please put Canadians to work at Tim Hortons. That way when I'm in a rush to get to work it's not taking me an extra 10 minutes to order my coffee this means I have 10 minutes less sleep every day because I find I've been having to get up early or else I'm late for work because someone at that Tim Hortons cannot understand what I'm saying or I can't understand what they are saying. The other day I wanted to order a breakfast sandwich as simple as a breakfast sandwich and I had to wait till I got to the window and talk to an English-speaking person before my order could be understood. Not a way to run a business. I am not sure where to put the foreigners I realize that Tim Hortons, KFC, bingos, Etc are the lowest paid jobs in our country and that is why they are usually open for foreigners to take. Maybe we should make it so that they're not minimum wage jobs at least the coffee on our way to work so that we are not missing time getting a late or getting reprimanded for missing time or being late. Thanks so much not sure if any other Canadian have this complaint or not? If so just hit that little like button. That's my beef for today I don't usually have beefs but this is been a thorn in my side for a while now. Doesn't seem like Ontario has as many foreigners working at Tim Hortons. This morning i ordered Croissant breakfast sandwich in a drive thru, when i tried the sandwich it was tasting awfully burned taste. Then i opened up the sandwich to find out they completely burned the croissant and served it anyways. this is really disguising!!!! I don't even want to give 1 star!

Service is fast. Coffee is never consistent. I order a L-Regular every day, sometimes get triple triples, sometimes get black. Also, not a single fruit explosion muffin I've ordered from this location actually had the jelly filling, which is kind of a rip off. In the summer there's flies everywhere. 2 Stars for fast service, definitely not the best or cleanest Tim Hortons in the city. But hey, it's close to work.
