Honestly unless you're in hotels right by it or are limited to transit. I would go to the burger King on 52st and Memorial. This one is garbage. Burgers are always a gross soggy mess and the staff is generally incompetent. I've been here many times and never am satisfied.

I've never visited your restaurant in this location before. I was on my way to work and didn't have much time. I went to the drive thru and was confused at the setup. The "speaker box" was some distance from the actual menu. I rarely go to Burger King so I wasn't sure what I wanted. I had to drive up to the menu to decide, and then back up to order. This seemed odd. I ordered an apple turnover and was told it would take five minutes. I figured that once I ordered it, and paid, it would be almost ready. Once I paid I was told to pull up to the front door. It was -25C yesterday so I followed instructions. I wait a few minutes in my car and then figured I'd go inside (because it didn't seem fair that a worker would have to deliver my meal in the cold). I waited another five minuted inside for my turnover. My Whopper was sitting there the whole time. By the time she packed my Whopper and turnover into a takeout bag my Whopper was cold. The entire drive thru experience from the point of making my order took more than 10 minutes. I will never visit this location again.

Took 20mins to get our order while dinning in. Recomend getting your order in the drive through then taking it in.
Staff are friendly and apologetic for the delay.

Was a little disappointed when I noticed on a sign what I ordered was part of a special deal so I could have saved a few dollars. Cashier never mentioned it. Also they make you say how many packets of ketchup where most places just give you a handful.

Order is hardly ever right if u order drive through.And Manager needs to be more POLITE taking orders at drive through.

Use to come to this place a lot before but after today will never come back to this location. Not only were they short staffed on purpose but was treated horribly by the manager telling us that it was ok to have only one waitress on staff for a whole restaurant while she chilled with the rest of the staff having a "meeting". Food was greasy as well.

I always have a great experience at this chills location but not today. On October 13th my friend and I went to this location.I ordered the bacon quesadillas & my friend ordered a burger. We asked the server for guacamole and chips but the server said that they were out of chips, which I thought was ridiculous. After we ordered, I went to the washroom to go wash my hands. There was no soap in the soap dispenser, so I approached the manager. He just gave me some wet wipes. I got my food and The quesadillas actually looked very fresh with salsa on top. I asked for some sour cream. the server was very polite she came with my friends burger and sour cream and then the server dropped the sour cream all over my pants and my shoes! And that was it! I am never coming to the chlilis location again I wish I could give a lower mark to this location!

Came here for my mom's birthday on a Wednesday evening. The server sat us down to our table and never came back. We were sitting at our table for about 20 minutes without anyone coming back or asking us for drinks. Eventually we got sick of waiting and we just left. It was not even that busy the dining room was empty and only a few people as the bar. Do not recommend this place to anyone. Worst service ever!!

Waited a half hour for appetizers, when we got them, they were dry and cold. Then we waited another half hour for the meals to arrive, had the same issues: burger was over sauced (sauce poured all over the bun, not just patty); shrimp tacos were rubbery, taco shell was dry, couldn't chew it properly; burrito wraps were dry and hard - the parts not covered in sauce, anyway - the jalapenos and beans were dry and the polar opposite of fresh... Every part of every meal, appetizers included - seemed like they were left under a heat lamp for far too long, left the food inedible and unappetizing. On top of it all, the server came by once every twenty minutes. Needless to say, this usually gracious tipper didn't leave a tip. Quite unimpressed, will not be coming back.
