This is hidden gem if you want to experience The “happening” in Penticton. Virender and his staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. Great service . While the venue is old and needs renovation, everything is super clean cozy and complete for vacation needs

I booked a suite at Bowmont Motel. Its owned by the same owner of the Spanish villa, tiki shores motel, and the shoreline motel, and the customer service i received was extremely disrespectful. The manager told me hé world not return my damage deposit, and told me it was actuelle a cleaning fée. I was telles at by the staff in public as well

The Bowmont motel offers a prime, convenient location along Lakeshore Drive walking distance to shopping, restaurants, fitness facilities, Cheland centre and Vee’s hockey. Close to golf as well. Motel has comfortable beds and bedding. However, requires significant maintenance, including updates to paint and flooring. Housekeeping is minimal and lack of thorough cleaning (no mops or vacuums seen) and mismatched furniture / second hand like furnishings. While retro charm may appeal
to some. The facility requires better upkeep to blend its convenient location with a comfortable clean experience.

This hotel was great. Family oriented so expect lots of noise. Rooms were awesome and very clean and comfortable.

Room was great although we were a little far from the bbq (one of three were working) and the pool. There is lots of areas to relax. There is no after hours security or support so if you have issues you’re on your own until 9am. Office staff was great but I couldn’t tag 5 star due to overnight concern.

It’s was a little home away from home.
So thankful they are pet friendly. Was nice to be able to cook for myself and spread out. Much better than your average hotel room.

This is a funky 1950s-retro-style motel. The location was great..situated right across from Okanagan lake. The beds were super comfy, rooms were reasonably clean. This is a great family spot with lots of walking options nearby. There are several restaurants within walking distance. There’s a fair bit of noise that travels between the rooms if you happen to be a light sleeper. Overall good value for the cost.

I don't know where the last person was eating but I come here for my comfort food often and food is consistently awesome. Would love to send you a pic of my guacamole as it isn't and never has been runny. I wonder if you started drinking before you went for dinner.

Unbelievably bad. Drinks were awful. Food was worse. Guacamole was chopped up onions and peppers with a dab of avocado to hold it together. Chips were cardboard. So very bad. I can't believe we paid 60bucks for that.

Always come here when I go on vacation to penticton! Staff are always friendly and accommodate your needs. Food is always hot and delicious. Prices are a tad high (the steak sandwich is the most expensive steak sandwich I've ever seen on a menu) but other than that, it's a great place with a beautiful patio.

Looking for a late night dinner spot so we stopped in at the B.I.G. Kitchen opened late, with a menu offering a variety to choose from. Great food served in an upscale dining area. Had drinks on the patio in front of a wood burning fireplace. Overall a very pleasurable dining experience! Look forward to going back!

Food was good other than over cooking my steak sandwich but it still tasted really good. The fish and chips was awesome, great flavour and good size pieces. The house vinigerette dressing for the garden salad was tasty and the salad was fresh. Our server was pleasant. Food didn't take too long to get although it wasn't terribly busy at the later time that we had dinner.

Most unpleasant breakfast I've had in awhile. Presentation of the food is extremely pitiful for the prices and my eggs Benny was completely burnt. Forgotten side dishes and unhappy/poor service made for a completely tasteless experience.

Mostly good. Sometimes the service is not up to snuff. There is one server named Liz that does the evening/late shifts and she's very off putting and makes me want to avoid going to this location completely. It's normally better when you get a competent server.

Usually ...this place is 'fairly ok' for breakfast. However when it comes to dinner be prepared. We've waited over 45min both times during recent visits for food to arrive. Both times the place was less than 1/2 full. The afternoon/evening staff seem to spend less time serving and more time visiting with each other. I ordered a beer during one wait experience and it actually took 30min for even that to arrive. If you are on a busy schedule or take meds with timely meals etc, perhaps try White Spot or Ricky's in town.
