The staff at 2400 Court Motel are tremendous! They are super friendly, conscientious and helpful. I was so impressed by what they did in several instances to accommodate my needs.
Both times I have stayed here, the rooms have been very comfortable and equipped with everything I could want. Cleanliness is impeccable in the rooms and on the entire site.
Now that I have discovered 2400 Motel, I will always come there when I visit the city.
The prices and the people are truly the best! Thank you so much!

It was very cold. My teeth were chattering. Could not change the thermostat. It was late when we got back from our venue so I didn't want to bother any one. The electrical outlet was loose and I had to bend the plug from lamp to keep it in the socket. The main ceiling light didn't work, nor the outside door light. It was fine though but not for the price. A little too high for few amenities in the room. No fridge or microwave. About $220 for one night, including taxes.

I have never in my life stayed in a bigger dump than this place. Absolutely disgusting. Cant even control the heat in your room. They crank the heat and force you to open the screenless windows to cool down. I wouldnt stay here if i was paid a 100 dollars a night to stay here.

I'm sorry to say that, I deposited $300 insurance for smoking and I originally don't smoke, I booked on January 21 through an application and the service provider told me that we will refund the amount within 2/3 days after a month and a half they still tell me that there is a problem, please make sure your request is correct before you pay, I rented one room worth more than $450 after insurance. By the way, the room was dirty and the bed smelled uncomfortable

For a room from 1940's it's unexpectedly and exceptionally clean, it even smelled clean!! And I've paid twice this much for a room not fit for my dog (Ramada by Wyndham, Abbotsford, possibly the filtiest hotel I've ever stayed at!!) So the 2400 Motel, has its own nostalgic feel without the history of filth!! It's tucked in it's own little community right in the heart of the city!! Come stay, it's charming!!

If you want or only need the basics m, then this is fine. Relatively clean. Not far from decent places to eat. Not sure if I’d go back but Vancouver is an expensive place so for a fixed budget, this place makes sense.

Chicken what else is there to say. I really like my fried chicken. It's always temperature hot and fries are always fresh and crispy. Although there is no real décor and the look is totally outdated, the chicken is why I'm really here. The secret is to use your phone and show them the online coupons on their website. This can save you a lot of money and you can enjoy more chicken!

Open 24 hours, friendly staff, honestly as long as they have chicken when I'm there its all good. Best thing is if they're out of drumsticks they start giving out thighs!

This place is always busy though the service is great and quick. Yummy, I love their fantastic, crispy, juicy and hot fried chickens that I can’t resist eating. However some of their chickens are pretty small.

Place is alright, but for some reason their food comes out cold. My pho noodles came out literally frozen solid and I had to let it heat up in the broth, my mate ordered a chicken dish with rice and the chicken also came out cold? I don't understand, prices are not worth the food they serve that's why they have their happy hours. Staff seems friendly though at least

The food is OK. It's a chain. ..so don't expect too much. But it is consistent. And the price is regular $. They have happy hour (deals and discounts) from 2.30 to 6pm and after 10pm.
They teamed up with Jazen boba tea, so it adds a new touch to what they have been serving. Place is not tasteful but clean. Good and predictable experience. One of the wait staff is friendly and helpful.

The soup was okay all things considered. The reason I gave such a low review is the atmosphere. The lights are bright bright white fluorescent lighting and they blare top 40 music. The place looks like a cafeteria in a mall, but the prices don't reflect that. Unfortunately, they are open later than most pho places on Kingsway so I had to settle for it.

Pho here is good. I usually order delivery from delivery apps but the last time I ordered from them, it was very different than what it usually tastes like. 4 out of 5 times, my food was delicious, hence the 4 star review.

The quality of the food is lacking when compared to the prices on the menu. The restaurant is often dark and the staff appear very stressed and annoyed. There are definitely better Pho restaurants than here.
