My short one night stay was beyond my wildest imagination. Was only looking for comfortably sleeping quarters but ended up with more than I bargained for.
Room was comfortable,clean and spacious.With basic amenities. Luxury shower facility. Breakfast service was buffet style. I have no hesitation in recommending this facility to anyone who is looking for quality,service and affordability. Forget to mention the day before my stay I called in to ask for a 2 hour late check out and was pleasantly surprised at the instant accommodation no extra charge.You simply can't go wrong.!!!!

I don’t usually stay at 2-stars. But it was the last room available in the city due to an event. And while the building had limitations and needed some repair, the staff were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. I was very impressed.

There was a barking dog off and on all night then early in morning. Bed was very uncomfortable. Told morning staff all they said was oh sorry we will be better next time. Wont be a next time!

The room was well equipped even with a small fridge. The beds were comfortable with very comfy pillows!
It was a quiet hotel and we had a great night's sleep.
The breakfast was amazing as was the effervescent lady in charge! She made sure we had a wonderful experience. There was so much food to choose from. See photos.

I stayed here last year and it was a really good experience. The front desk staff, on both visits, were easy to deal with and helped when I needed it. The room is very comfortable. And the breakfast was very good. I'd like the fact they have a coffee machine in the lobby 24 hours a day

Yes the room was clean and spotless, great mattress. Service is excellent. The only problem is, there is no elevator for us senior. I will come back.

The only issue was despite the numerous notices throughout the property regarding enforcing 11pm quiet time for tournament patrons, this did not happen.

Clean room, great staff, good bed, and very quiet. Slept very well and had an excellent breakfast in the morning. Will definitely stay again

Great 1 night (at last minute) experience. The most comfortable bed and pillows. Bedding and linens provided were fab! Only 2 downfalls: air quality in hotel rooms is always stuffy, price was a little high.

I slept in my car they had no control over their other guest that partied in the hallways all night

Got there a little after 9 on a Wednesday and the entire dining room was closed. I had to sit in the bar area, which reeked of beer and where the waitress was barely wearing anything and completely ignored my husband and I for nearly 20 minutes after we let her know we wanted dessert. I hadn't seen her at all in that time and we were in the middle of the bar section. She didnt even check in us on her own, I had to flag her down and ask to order. The dessert came quickly but the manger brought it. By this point I just wanted to leave, so we finished, I went to the front myself to get the bill and we paid and left. Maybe if the waitress didnt spend all her time flirting with frat boys in the corner for tips, we would have tipped better ourselves and not had such a bad experience. The only good thing was the food. Having to sit in the nasty bar area and have an inattentive waitress even when its not busy is ridiculous.

The food isn't bad, but it's not good enough to warrant the price. Plus their drinks are not worth he headache. And why wouldn't you always play the UFC, it's really he only reason I ever go. Don't burn that bridge, don't do it.

Our server was great and everything else about our experience was great. The Manager brought our meals and was lovely. Took time to make sure we were happy.

My girlfriend and I are huge fans of the Pizza Factory on Lansdowne St. We have visited several times while we have been in Peterborough and it has never disappointed us.
I enjoy the music they play throughout the restaurant. Nothing annoys me more than hearing a blaring radio play while I try to eat my dinner and enjoy a conversation which is what you encounter at all those boring chain restaurants.
The prices are also quite reasonable and fair.

Our regular fave is the boneless wings, honey garlic sauce, and Greek salad. The salad is amazingly fresh and crispy every time. We're seniors and order one of each—and split them. My brother-in-law usually takes home a doggy bag for a dinner the next night. Delicious! Servers are pleasant and cheerful.

Long waits to get your food 20 + minutes the one day complained to manager why it takes 20 minutes to get two Happy Meals and a burger and people behind me still getting their meals, her first words - I'll give your money back!

Very slow service. When we place our order ther were only one other order placed. It took over twenty minutes to get our order. 10+ years ago McDonald's was much more efficient. What has happened. The dinning area was dirty. As well as the tabletops. Ketchup dispensers were both empty. Should I go on. Very very disappointed!!!!!

Okay food. Awful management. Incredibly rude to staff as well as customers. I sent a complaint in to McDonald's corporate and it seems this particular manager was fired due to multiple complaints. I'll change my review next time I'm there if the people skills of the staff have improved. I get they don't care or take pride in their jobs due to only making minimum wage but its a job. Some people struggle to find one.

Bad real bad. Kid that waited on me said i was rude and could be asked to leave all i wanted was after the 4th time starting my order was for him to focus on what i was saying.

It's usually on par with other locations. Although, the mean age of the staff being about 16 appears to have made service slower than other locations. My daughter loves the jungle gym and seeing them actually enforce socks policy was good!
