Reception staff was friendly.
Room was clean. It was dated but also so much better than expected. The heat worked well. We turned it down to 19c to sleep and slept well. The beds were small but comfortable. The room also wasn't as dry as a lot of the rooms in big hotels.
Great place to stop for the night on the way to Tremblant. Also very close to shopping and Costco.

Highly Recommend - Impeccably Clean & Well-Equipped!

Just stayed here and had an excellent experience. The standout feature was how clean everything was. The room smelled fresh—not a trace of odors—and it was spotless throughout.

The kitchen was also perfectly clean and fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, dishes, pots, and cutlery. It made preparing meals easy and pleasant.

The location couldn't be better. Within 4 mins drive, you have Costco, Dollarama, and major shopping mall making everything incredibly convenient.

The daily housekeeping was excellent as well.

We were very impressed and will definitely return. Strongly recommend this motel for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and convenient stay with reasonable price!

Parking was easy and secure. Inside the room was warm and cozy. Staff was super-friendly.

Only problem was with the pillows , they were very bad, too hard, too tall, no body couldn't sleep well, but the rest of the room and hotel was very good. thanks

Room had socks from previous guest in it, hallways are stained, owner was incredibly rude in our only encounter. Heard fighting in the hallway. Better off going to one of the other motels nearby.

All the people at the desk were very willing to help and inform. The area and room was well kept, but, the fridge and microwave power was turned off and the TV cable connection was also unplugged. I and the office staff spent too much time fixing them. All in all it was a nice stay!!! Oh AC worked well when needed!!

Our room was very clean. The bed and the pillows were excellent, our room was comparable to other 3 & 4-star hotels. We were very pleased and would stay here if we visit Ottawa-Gatineau area again.

The food was great and so was the service except for the coffee she wasn't fast to come back and to refill it unless I asked.

Food is usually pretty decent but the service at this location is just terrible; you can clearly see that the restaurant is always critically understaffed. We've been here a dozen times and it's always a pain. Everything takes ages and it feels like we have to annoy the wait staff to get a coffee refill or just to settle the bill.

Wonderful service! They greeted us with welcoming smiles and offered us homemade fudge before we were seated. The food was excellent and our server was very attentive and kind. He was not bothered at all that we spoke only English. Not always our experience out in this neck of the woods. ... Wonderful place!

After a long hard day a work, this is a great place to relax and enjoy some casual chinese food. I tried their chow mein, legit. In response to a careless post above, it's nice to note that said person does not know what real chow mein is since they simply have not been to China, especially Canton region. Each restaurant has their own flair and I like the version that Canton takes which is nicely represented here. Also give their won ton soup a try, very nice.

Probably the best take out Chinese food in Gatineau but the delivery times are ALWAYS over an hour. You would think being that busy they would hire help for peak hours.

The food is good, but I just can't get past how awful the service is. I've never seen a receptionist so obviously hate her job. Every time I call, she sigh and talk like she is depressed and very angry. I feel like I am distrubing her. I order quite often and each time I am surprised that they did not replace her yet. On top of that, today she rushed my order and took both my phone number and adress wrong, then when I called back after an hour to ask where was my delivery, she was very defensive and agressive in her tone. The first few times I ordered from this restaurant I found it funny how grumpy she is, but it grows annoying and I don't want to order from this restaurant anymore because it just is a terrible experience because of that receptionist. She should find another job if she hates this one so much.

Food is ok, but every order to deliver is late. Need to wait minimum 1h. Today was over 2h because they are too busy!!! Every time is the excuse that they are busy!!!! No incentive to keep ordering from there for delivery.
