I had a very pleasant stay at Sleep Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and all the required amenities were provided. I’ve attached room photos with this review.
Breakfast was included, which was very helpful since I had to leave early in the morning for travel. I also appreciated the complimentary fruits, coffee, and juice provided at check-in. It was a thoughtful touch and made the arrival experience even better.
One thing I really want to appreciate is the service on a snowy morning. While having breakfast and preparing to check out, I noticed that my car had been completely cleaned of snow. I believe this was done by the hotel staff, as several other cars were also cleared. I am not sure if this snow removal service is a regular practice, but it was greatly appreciated and saved me a lot of time.
Overall, the stay was comfortable, convenient, and well managed. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent hospitality.

As others have stated the rooms are dated. But the room was clean and even though they were busy it was quiet and peaceful. I want to give a special shout out to Ashley
She made a quick first time visit to Canada so special. She answered all our questions and provided alot of things for us to do. Thank you for being so lovely.

Probably the best front desk staff we have ever dealt with. Both gals … evening and morning are five star. Friendly, easy check in - helpful.

I enjoyed my stay at Sleep Inn. All staff that I encountered were extremely helpful and welcoming. Though the hotel itself is a little dated, the fantastic efforts of everyone distracts from those details and allowed me to relax and enjoy my stay. I will definitely be back.

The room was clean and well set up. A few lights were burnt out and the TV was too small, otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

ASHLEY!!! You are so funny and so amazing!!! We are leaving the Sleep Inn this morning with such a great impression of the hotel and the staff of which Ashley was the star!
We arrived in the evening with our truck and towing another car filled with our things. We were nervous about the safety of our belongings especially since we are not familiar with the area. Ashley was so reassuring and helped give us peace of mind. She allowed us to park our car and tow in a spot that would be in light and in direct view of their surveillance cameras.
The beds and room were clean and comfortable and the breakfast the next day was tasty.
10/10! We are leaving the sault this morning with a positive experience. Thank you Ashley and your amazing team.

Very friendly staff, property is neat and clean and most importantly does smell bad. Only issue is that they dont have an elevator. I had to carry my big bag upstairs. However could be an issue for elderly folks

This hotel is dog friendly which was a must for us. They had a bowl of dog treats and doggy poop bags at the check in/out desk which was awesome. The pet friendly room we got had an odor of animals but was not overwhelming. It was a good size with two double beds. Nice fluffy comforters and two pillows per person.
The staff member that we delt with was amazing. Helped us with everything. Even hooked us up with some milk for our 3 year old.

Always been my fave. Find the quality is going downhill. Called tonight (a friday) and told, "well it's an hour and a half wait" (no weather issues) I said ok, we will wait. She responded with "well more like 2 hours" ...ok. Reiterated in a snobby voice at the end that it'll be a 2 hour wait. Like...would you prefer I don't order? I can call elsewhere if you don't want the order?!
Pizza arrived in an hour. Cold. Overcooked. Barely any cheese. Lots of topping which was great, love how Mrs B's uses the canned mushrooms. But for a $30 pizza, I have to say I'm pretty disappointed. Have we become over confident Mrs B's?

One of my fav places to get slices from when im back home to visit! Soo wish there was a mrs. B's in Red Deer, Alberta. They suck at pizza :'(

We have had this many times and love it each time. We have even had it premise and sealed so family can bring it back home to us! Can't wait to visit again.

Pizza slices during the day are small portions. Usually dried out from sitting for a while. To pricey for the quality and quantity.

One of the best pizzarias in town! People originally from the Soo now living elsewhere will order numerous pizzas to go to take back with them after a visit or to family or friends to bring down for them.

When I moved to Winnipeg, MB from Sault Ste. Marie, i was thoroughly disappointed when I visited my first pita pit in Winnipeg, it does not compare to the one in the Sault! This pita pit is very generous with their toppings, when I pay for extra cheese and meat I get what I pay for. Always fresh and staff is friendly. Best place to go if you have a late night craving!
