Had a great experience at this location. Check in was late due to weather. Staff was friendly and accommodating to ensure a great stay. Thank you on a job well done.

Been a while since I have been there for very similar reasons. I'm always polite and friendly and should be able to get the same. Service was okay. We sat outside and it was a bit chiller then usual. The waitress did not offer patio blankets, I just went and took one off another chair that was folded and I hope they change them out between people using them. Our server was immediately less helpful...

Overall, this hotel was fantastic and well worth staying at. The restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and plenty of room service options. Having a Starbucks right inside the hotel was very convenient, especially in the mornings. The gym, pool, and hot tub were all clean and well maintained, making it a great place to relax after a long day. The rooms were a good size, with a TV offering lots...

I love dog friendly hotel. This is my second stay with this hotel. I just enjoy it.

It was good comparing the size of the city.

The hotel is in a great location, next to the lake. It is also very pleasant to sit in the hotel restaurant in the morning and have a sunny breakfast. There are two options for breakfast: buffet and a la carte. It also has its own parking lot, which is very convenient.

As others have stated the rooms are dated. But the room was clean and even though they were busy it was quiet and peaceful. I want to give a special shout out to Ashley She made a quick first time visit to Canada so special. She answered all our questions and provided alot of things for us to do. Thank you for being so lovely.

Probably the best front desk staff we have ever dealt with. Both gals … evening and morning are five star. Friendly, easy check in - helpful. Older place but very clean and great location.

I enjoyed my stay at Sleep Inn. All staff that I encountered were extremely helpful and welcoming. Though the hotel itself is a little dated, the fantastic efforts of everyone distracts from those details and allowed me to relax and enjoy my stay. I will definitely be back.

The room was clean and well set up. A few lights were burnt out and the TV was too small, otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

This hotel from the onset was amazing. From check-in to check out. We have been on the road since December 8th and by far the breakfast was the best

Trunk Road Motel

Staff was incredibly nice! My only minor issue was the room temperature. We’re currently entering the cold season so when I arrived and the heat was off all the way, the room was frigid. I turned the heat up and it took a couple hours to fully warm up inside. BRRRR!

An exceptional little motel that I would highly recommend for a night or two stop over. Biggest and only issue was that bathroom door did not close properly. Obviously a simple maintenance item that did not cause any real issues with our stay. Bed is extremely comfortable, room was spotless and well appointed. I will be staying there again next time I am in t Sault Ste Marie

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, even the walls looked recently painted. Bed was comfortable and furniture was in good condition. I stayed an extra day. Good restaurant next door and a Tim Hortons a short walk away.

The rooms have obviously been renovated and are very well maintained. Towels were clean and fresh. The room was neat and well appointed with new lighting. Good mattresses and multiple pillows. The exterior appearance of the motel leaves something to be desired, but the room we had was a gem.

Owner provided extraordinary customer service. Place Has a Bottle Rocket Owen Wilson vibe. Great find away from downtown. On the main Trunk Road right by restaurants, grocery store and gas stations.
