Overall, this hotel was fantastic and well worth staying at. The restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and plenty of room service options. Having a Starbucks right inside the hotel was very convenient, especially in the mornings. The gym, pool, and hot tub were all clean and well maintained, making it a great place to relax after a long day.

The rooms were a good size, with a TV offering lots of channels and the option to connect to Netflix. The bathroom was a highlight, with heated floors and consistently hot water that made it feel like a small luxury. Everything was generally very clean and comfortable.

However, my bed was extremely squeaky, and there was a noticeable stain on the wall along with some peeling wallpaper. These small details took away from what otherwise would have been a perfect five-star experience.

I chose this location to redeem Bonvoy points while traveling through Ontario. Unfortunately, the experience did not reflect the standards of a loyalty program, particularly when it came to delivering even basic services. I would recommend saving your points for a property that truly understands and values guest loyalty.

Stayed here in August. Check-in Lady was the best. She was so nice, warm and welcoming. However everything after that went downhill.
Hotel needs renovations. Very old style. Rooms were ok, but not dusted very well. There was a bug in the room, which kept buzzing all night long. Complained in the morning. Khaled said the manager will get back to me but never got back to me till date.

Been a while since I have been there for very similar reasons. I'm always polite and friendly and should be able to get the same. Service was okay. We sat outside and it was a bit chiller then usual. The waitress did not offer patio blankets, I just went and took one off another chair that was folded and I hope they change them out between people using them. Our server was immediately less helpful to us once we were not ordering alcoholic drinks. I say this because she was super helpful to the next two pairs that showed up and more talkative to the one person at one if the tables that ordered alcoholic beverages then the other. I could not drink the coffee I ordered because it was so thick and bold. Yet I was still charged for it. Not impressed. Pretty views and I do like the outside seating idea.

The hotel is in a great location, next to the lake. It is also very pleasant to sit in the hotel restaurant in the morning and have a sunny breakfast. There are two options for breakfast: buffet and a la carte. It also has its own parking lot, which is very convenient.

Our night table lamps had burned out bulbs which we asked to be replaces and weren't, our dirty glasses weren't removed and our keys demagnetized every time we left the room. The lounge servers were very poor ignored us for 15 min. Don't recommend this hotel for more than 1 night stay.

I love the Sunday brunch! The food is all delicious, with a great variety and high quality. The service is impeccable. The location is outstanding. The prices are totally reasonable! What more could you ask for??

This restaurant has a great view (hence the name :) and the staff are friendly. The manager is also great and had some good recommendations for us to visit while staying in the area.

We had the crab cakes, which were great. The whitefish dinner was not to my liking (too strong taste and I suppose because it is not breaded it tastes stronger) but the Ravioli was nice.

Unfortunately, we stayed over the July 1st weekend and the restaurant was busy since the fireworks were right outside. I believe this resulted in slow service and not the best result in the meals. This could be better planned and staffed so that the food quality and the service does not suffer on busy days.

You cant ask for more than great service and an incredible menu. The new ontario raised grain fed steaks are packed with flavour and always perfectly cooked. I come here once a month and always leave overly satisfied and wanting to come back. Thanks to our server Randy and Sous Chef Peter for another amazing experience. Cheers! To many more!

The staff is friendly, especially Sarah, and the Hawaiian Burger is delicious. Food is reasonably priced and there are plenty of tv's to watch UFC or whatever's on that night.

This place is deader than a door nail. Too bad because they have a patio overlooking the locks. Had the Ruben which was good. Bar type food is really what it is here.

This place is pretty nice on the inside but also very dark. Has an amazing view, but the service was slow even with the restaurant empty. Very pricy for food that's average and dessert was not worth the money. Washrooms were undesirable and small. Chill vibes but would not recommended if you wanna have a good time.

Myself and four others decided to have lunch. Our waitress was visually overwhelmed with the amount of tables and her being the only one working. Aside from us, she had two large tables (one with 20 people) and 6 other tables. The owners were of course no where to be found to help her. We sat there for an hour and were only served our drink, but didn't have any opportunity to order food. We ended up having to leave with no time. The waitress was extremely apologetic. The owners are terrible there and have no clue how to run a business. We were also told that there was only one person in the kitchen cooking. Unfortunately the only one who suffers the repercussions is the waitress trying her best.
