We stayed here for a wedding and it is an absolutely beautiful space. The rooms have wonderful character and are cozy for your trip to Stratford. There are some lovely shared spaces to connect with other guests if you choose.

It is close to downtown which makes all the theatres and main street with in walking distance and easy access to Stratford's restaurants. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

We loved our stay at the Stone Maiden Inn in Stratford. It was so cozy and charming, and my partner and I felt completely comfortable during our two-night stay. The location is wonderful and super convenient, just a two minute walk to Joe’s Diner, which was such a great spot. The pool table was also a lot of fun and a nice bonus in the evenings. We would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed two nights at the Stone Maiden Inn for a wedding and had a really lovely experience. The location was perfect and everything we needed was within easy walking distance. Our room was clean and tidy. Although we didn’t get a chance to meet the inn’s owners, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it.

Located a short walk to all of Stratford's theatres, restaurants and sights, the Stonemaiden Inn was the perfect place to stay. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. A very comfortable time! Tim was super kind, welcoming and supported us throughout our stay. 5/5.

The location was perfect. Within walking distance of everything. The room was clean and charming. The grand entrance way was our favourite. The only complaint was that the water cooler/heater for making tea was empty for our stay. Simple mistake with a simple solution. The owner even came our and offered us a snow brush to clear off our cars after the first snow of the season (we were ill prepared). We will definitely be back!

This is the perfect place to relax and be pampered by Tim, Chloe and the rest of the staff. Breakfast creations are amazing and the attention from all the staff is genuinely warm and inviting! Beautiful 1860's style Inn with plenty of grounds and a full size pool table to boot! Highly recommended!

Rooms were cute and cozy, with plenty of room and storage for our clothes. Breakfast room was bright and the food was delicious! Host and Staff were courteous, friendly and attentive to any of our needs. Site was convenient (5 minutes to downtown shops and theaters)and very quiet. Accordion window curtains blocked out any outside night lighting and the mattress was just right. All in all a very lovely stay.

Avoid this place. Housekeeping is atrocious. Place needs lots of repair. Breakfast was not worth staying for. Could be and nice B&B but it's not.

Stayed here a few times over the years - always a great stay! I’ll be sure to be back in the future. Great location in Stratford with the Main Street just a short walk away.

The service is dreadful. We waited over an hour at our table to be served, and the food arrived for one of us only after we complained. The portions for the main course are appetizer-small, and the waiter blamed us for the poor service. There are many better options in Stratford.

Very very good. Very tasty. I come to Stratford every year and make sure I eat here every time.

The escargot was incredible.
I was also very impressed with the peanut butter pana cotta.

Food was delicious. Portions were quite odd. My husband received two small end pieces of a larger steak when he ordered the beef . Wine was unbelievable. I wouldn't go back here or recommend eating here.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful night out at Bijou Restaurant. The food was absolutely fantastic! They grow the vast majority of their vegetables themselves and pick them daily. You can taste the difference in the freshness, especially within their salads, but also in the soups and mains.
Sauces and broths are the key to making or breaking a meal. The chef created most amazing flavourful combinations in every one of the dishes we had, taking the taste to the next level. You could taste the freshness in their sauces.
The service staff outdid themselves, they understood each of the dishes that they served, they were attentive and informative.
Bijou just topped my list of the best restaurants in Stratford.
