Strategically my daughter chose this hotel for us to stay at because it was close to lots of stores and an awesome pizzeria all within walking distance. For those who are history buffs it has alot of charm. For people with mobility issues, this hotel has stairs only. 14 hotel rooms. Inside hotel is a cozy restaurant offering culinary delights. It is apart of Best Western. Nightly parking is $17 a day. Parking lot is owned by the City. There are 14 reserved parking spots for each room in the Mercer Hotel.

We stay here frequently to come watch our son play hockey. The staff is fantastic! We love having late night snacks after a game. Highly recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed the room. I had stayed preciously and since then they have renovated and it’s lovely. Nice bathtub clean. But they should put in better toilet paper!!! 1 ply doens’t cut it

We had the pleasure of staying at the Mercer Hotel for a few days of R&R right after New Years. Pleasantly surprised by the beautiful high ceiling rooms complete with spectacular showers and topped off with fabs staff. Located right above the Mercer Kitchen, it’s location downtown was perfect and central to shops and other restaurants. Check in was easy and Theresa was super helpful answering all of our questions. We also had the pleasure of 2 super delish dinners at the Mercer accompanied by great service from Michelle and Cass. You can’t go wrong with staying at the Mercer the next time you come to Stratford!

My wife and I stayed at the Mercer Hotel for our anniversary. Upon check-in, we were given two glasses of sprinkling wine for our special occasion. The staff were friendly, informed and helpful. The rooms were perfect. The location was in the middle of downtown Stratford. Close to everything you needed. I would recommend this hotel and will be back for a future stay.

Lovely room with great amenities and it is close to everything downtown which is perfect. Everything we wanted to do was walkable and very convenient to get to from here. Close walk to the theatre and to great restaurants like lovage and Elizabeth.

Staff + service was great and parking is $15 a night

Only thing that left a bit to be desired was the poor water pressure (might be better in other rooms) and the rooms at the back may be noisy (209 but maybe 206-209). We stayed in 209 and there was lots of loud noises (might have been kitchen exhaust fan or something?) which woke me up however my husband wasn’t bothered by it. Other rooms may be quieter.

Room was large, bed was very comfy and the bathtub was great and the room had nice lighting so overall I would still rebook.

The room was great - we had a nice view of the river. Location was excellent - close to restaurants, Avon theatre, shops. Staff provided a great dinner recommendation our first night, and the wings we had in their restaurant as a late night snack the second night were amazing. Will definitely go back. Note: if you have mobility issues this isn’t the place for you: lots of stairs, no elevator.

Very comfortable option on the main drag. Great resto/bar main floor. 5 min walk to Avon or Patterson, 20 mins to Festival.

This is one of my favourite Chinese food restaurants. The food is excellent - there is an extensive menu that has something for everyone. I love the atmosphere as well; it has a nice energy but is cozy and relaxing at the same time. The staff is great - friendly and helpful!

This was my first time and This place is amazing! Allyson and Kelly killed it. Such good and high energy in there. The food was of the top amazing. I have nothing bad to say about this place or any chefs there. They work their ass off and make sure everyone is at their needs. it's def one of my favorites now and I will be returning for sure.

The hot.food was cold the cold food was warm not worth the travel. Price would have been good if the food was ok. All the food seemed to be brought in and put out. Would not recommend unless you are starving

Ordering food online for delivery ... call center calls me. Nothing on their menu they actually have stocked at the store. Had to just call another company because i couldnt complete a minimal 15 dollar order due to the lack of menu items actualy available. Im done with pizza pizza ... since the new management took over ive been in there twice when they dont even have napkins or even any thing stocked in the fridge to drink

As mentioned in other reviews. No basic supplies! No ketchup for potato wedges. No bottled pop, yet it's on the menu. Only one creamy garlic sauce and the other one we got was packaged in house, so there was no best before date which makes me wonder if they were repackaging old dipping sauce. The ceiling was leaking immediately outside the bathroom and there were tubs set up to catch the drips, so the washrooms were "out of order".
Shocking that pizza pizza allows this franchise to keep their business open.
Another customer was told that their order was not recognized and they would have to pay again, yet they paid by cash?? The guy had his receipt so they honoured his payment.
Bizarre is all I can say. The pizza was actually okay and seemed fresh and the potato wedges weren't half bad.
Poorly managed location to say the least.

Under new management more often than not the place isnt even stocked with simple items like paper plates. Just ate a slice off a chunk of cardboard. Fridge had 2 items to choose from for drink neither i wanted. I didnt even see any coke pepsi or standard items im pretty sure the place isnt managed
