The room was clean and the hotel staff were courteous. The hotel breakfast provides a good quality and we were fully satisfied.

If you are considering booking here just please be thoroughly informed regarding their cancellation policy. Delta Airlines canceled our flight due to the winter storm and even though I did not book a discounted non refundable rate, the hotel charged me for the entire stay at the time of check in (which was before our actual arrival) This is their policy so it is my own fault but I would recommend booking one day at a time to avoid a circumstance such as mine. I fully understand charging the first night but shame on them for charging the entire stay. This is their policy and it is very strict so just be forewarned that they will not work with you or even offer a future credit or anything. I’m sure it’s a lovely hotel, that’s why I chose this one and I wish I could’ve been able to stay here. Definitely won’t consider it again though in case the unexpected happens again.

Asked to have a change of booking due to road closures and hotel unwilling to help, charged us for both rooms without any understanding. Will never return.

Staff was courteous, when we arrived, the room was a great room, had a wonderful stay, and the cleaning staff went above and beyond to help us out.

We recently stayed at Hotel St Martin and it was amazing experience. The ambiance was perfect, warm , stylish and lovely.

We had booked a superior room with a kitchenette but were given a classic double room. We did not get what we paid for. We had mentioned that we were coming with a pet. This was totally not appreciated plus there was no refund or way to make it up for that. Apart from that the staff receiving me at check in was really not even interested in helping

The breakfast was great and the other staff were good. The mattress and pillows were the highlight of the stay and promoted great sleep.

The TV had no way to link phones to use Netflix or other internet based streaming platforms.

Pillows are not comfortable. The room was too close to the breakfast and it was a bit noisy in the morning.

At a regular price, this might have been the best pizza I ever had!

I really recommend to share appetizers and pizzas so you can taste a variety of their regular food and daily menu!

Ingredients are really fresh and you can taste it. I had the ravioli with rooster and truffle special and it was delicious. The gelato is also the best I have ever had. Service was excellent. Good for groups or dates. Will be going again!

Everything bere is always very good, from the pizza to all the apetizers, so it si difficult I got surprised. But the pumpkin soup tonight has been just outstanding .....and I am from the land of pumpkin in Italy! I can't believe this!

My first time there, I was curious because this place always looks busy but I was very disappointed by the service from the host or manager not sure who he was! No smile no nothing, took him 5min to approach us he was taking order from 6 people who were actually waiting to be seated ( it was weird because we thought maybe they're ordering for take out) but then he makes them seat on the table!? Why couldn't he let the servers do their job and take care of people coming in? Anyway after he asked us how many we are I asked for a table on the side, he says okay, he comes back after a good 10mins while we can clearly see free tables available and offers a table right in the middle and as we're debating on if we should take that table or wait he leaves again. We didn't feel welcomed so we just left.
