Everything was very good during my stay. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, and the front desk staff are all extremely attentive and helpful. The location is convenient, and the hotel offers coffee, hot chocolate, and water 24 hours a day, which is a great plus. The breakfast is also very good and well prepared.

The only downside is that the breakfast staff are not very friendly and spend most of the time on their phones, which feels a bit unprofessional compared to the rest of the service. The walls and doors are somewhat thin, so you can hear noise from outside, but considering the price, it is absolutely worth it. Overall, excellent value for money, 10 out of 10.

Impeccably clean, blissfully cold air conditioning, comfortable beds, facilities to cook (microwave, toaster, kettle, hob, oven). Christina was warm and welcoming and helpful. They did NOT profiteer off the strike. It was easy to get to other parts of the city from the location.

This is a great place to stay for a family. It's centrally located but quiet. Our apartment had both a balcony and a rooftop terrace. There was tonnes of room, and the furniture and decor was tasteful. The kitchenette is reasonably well-equipped, and the whole place very clean. Laundry in the unit is very convenient! They were also super accommodating with timing for check in/out.

Wonderful staying! We went there with a family of friends ans spent 3 days and everything was comfortable, we had large bedrooms, living room, balcony, terrace and parking underground. The place had everything we needed - towels, detergent, fully equipped kitchen. Highly recommend it!

This was my second time staying here. The location is very convenient — it’s in downtown, just a few minutes’ walk to the subway, and close to restaurants and supermarkets.
However, the room itself is quite old. I could clearly hear people walking in the room above, as well as toilets flushing from the next room. Basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and soap were provided, but no slippers or toothbrush were included.
The bed and pillows were comfortable. I had requested a room facing the main road, but I was given one facing an interior light well with a direct view into another room, so I had to keep the curtains closed the whole time.
Breakfast was just okay — it fills you up, but the selection is limited. On the plus side, the coffee machine in the lobby is great, and tea and water are available anytime.
Overall, a bit pricey for what you get — I stayed Sunday and Monday night and paid almost $300 CAD (before tax).

This is first place where I had Poutine and it was pretty good. The service is good and the ambiance is quite decent.

Fries are great!!!! Crunchy Fries!! But the poutine is a bit lacking. Sauce is a bit of a miss, and the cheese is not even melted.

Coming from Europe I’m used to golden yellow fries and these were too dark, really greasy and limp!
Service was ok as well as the atmosphere!

I can appreciate the desire to try different layouts in Tim Horton's restaurants to maximize how quickly they can serve more customers, but I find the setup at this location extremely annoying and no quicker for the strangeness.

The coffee and food is standard Tim's fare, worth getting if you want something quick and cheap. The service is usually pretty friendly as well.

Everytime I come here they mess up my orders every single time. I asked for two sausage egg and cheeses today hoping they could get something right. I get home and there's no sausage In the sausage egg and cheese. I even repeated it twice to them. How do you forget the sausage In the sausage egg and cheese.

Amazing food. The vege option was delicious, soup or salad included with the meal is a nice touch, and a small bite was perfect. Bring your own wine! You will not go wrong here, romantic or dinner with friends check this place out.

Cozy inviting little restaurant in the style of a French 'bouchon. The meal choices are all interesting, ours were rich and delicious. The service is very friendly, efficient and personal. A delightful experience in the traditions of French cuisine with the added benefit of being byo wine.

Only annoyance not offering to refridgerate alcohol.
