This hotel is always my first choice when visiting Montreal (several times a year). It has a great, central location with comfortable rooms, friendly/helpful staff at a very fair price.

You get what you pay for - had another accommodation cancel our reservation last minute due to a water leak/damage so we had to book something last minute in the same area without costing a fortune. The hotel is older, our room could have used a refresh - damage in the shower and bathroom, old worn carpet. Very friendly staff!

Good location, clean and front desk staff was attentive and friendly. However the property is pretty outdated. This was OK to basically sleep somewhere for one night while I was here on business but would be disappointed if I was here for the weekend on holiday

Food was good, and room was comfortable, but staff wasn’t very friendly and the shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed so my sister fell trying to keep it closed

There was a Chinese-speaking Mr. Wu at the reception desk in the lobby. We were worried about not being able to speak French. When Mr. Wu heard us speaking Chinese, he enthusiastically helped and said I can speak Chinese too! Helped us in Chinese throughout and taught us how to park and ride! Parking gave us a discount! Really thank him for his help! Saves a lot of trouble!Although the hotel is poorly cleaned! But the service was really good!

La coupole is soon changing to a Thai restaurant. We came for lunch and had options both from the breakfast menu and the regular menu. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Food was mediocre.

Nice atmosphere, especially the terrasse in the summer time. The vegan portabello mushroom burger is a tasty gluten-free, vegan option.

Awful, just awful. Brought my girlfriend here for our anniversary with our friends, and our first time in Montreal. She ordered a surf and turf, steak well done. The steak came rare, so she had to send it back. The steak came back 15 minutes later, minus the lobster tail. It was another 10 minutes before we saw that again. I ordered the burger, it came dry and luke warm. I choked on the first bite, that's how dry it was. And of course, as others have pointed out, they will walk past you without refilling your drink. My girl even waved our server down, that employee walked away with her cup, and then took a different route back to avoid our table? (We we seated near the bar, also very cold.) It wasn't even busy!
All in all, worst anniversary dinner we've ever had, which is crazy when I spent close to $100. Good luck everyone, be warned.

Very nice restaurant in the heart of Montreal, few meters away from the Bell Center. You can enjoy a good beer and a good Canadian food.
We can reserve for a group or come on your own at lunch time of for the dinner before a hockey game with the Canadien of Montreal.

Usually a good experience. This time was sub par. Drinks took 30 minutes to get there. We asked for water 3 times before it finally got there ribs were served without plates for empties. 3 different people tried to take away our plates before we were done. Then some guy comes and tells us we need to settle because our waitresses shift is over. Never experienced this.

Absolutely the worst Baton Rouge I have ever been to. The food is not fresh and they overcharge. They charged more than double any other Baton Rouge for a change in my order. The place is not busy at all which is probably why they don't stock up on fresh food.
