My go to hotel in Changan, would recommend comfortable rooms in a good location

The room is quite spacious, and there are many convenient food options nearby. It feels good to live here. The only drawback is that there are mosquitoes. Although there are electric mosquito coils in the room, they don't seem to work. Otherwise, it would be perfect. Friends who come to Chang'an can come and stay.

Overall it was very good. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic when I came, and she would greet me enthusiastically when I left. Because I drank too much that night, it was time to check out. A handsome guy at the front desk called me and was very enthusiastic, and didn't rush me to check out. He told me not to rush. The service was very good, and it was great overall.

Overall it's good, the room is big enough, fully equipped, affordable, the hotel has done a good job, it's a hotel worth considering, if there is a chance to go there again, I will still choose this hotel!

The room is clean and tidy, the lobby manager is friendly and considerate, and the service quality of the breakfast restaurant waiters is very good. It feels better than going home 😅. I will definitely stay here next time.

The hotel environment is comfortable, the staff are very dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner. They put themselves in the shoes of our consumers and have a good price-performance ratio

The price was reasonable, and the breakfast was decent. Breakfast is on the 8th floor, but you have to go up to the 7th floor and then up the stairs. International cards are accepted. Chinese-speaking staff are at the reception. There are quite a few Japanese guests. The rooms are average size, but they seem clean. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel in Chang'an.
In 2024, I stayed multiple nights for the first time in a while, and paid 40 RMB because the pillowcase was dirty.
Apparently, a friend had the same experience six months ago.
I'd never heard anything like that before, so I felt a bit uncomfortable.
The staff were nice, though.
