I chose this hotel for Jolin Tsai's concert. It's a bit older and many of the facilities are dated, but the service is still very good. It's also super close to the subway station, right outside the exit. The lady at the front desk was very nice. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

Service: The service was excellent and very welcoming.
Facilities: Parking was convenient, and overall, it was pretty good.
Hygiene: Very clean (I always use a tissue to wipe surfaces when I stay in hotels to avoid dust allergies).
Location: Also great for getting around, the subway goes directly to many places. The front desk even let me check out by leaving the key before my 8 AM flight, which I really appreciated. I like their flexible approach; at other hotels, they'd rush me to check out right on time, which is annoying. I'll definitely come back for my next business trip. Many thanks to all the ladies and gentlemen at the front desk for their care during my stay! 😊

The room, while not large, was clean and tidy. The 1.35m bed was quite spacious and perfect for families with kids when pushed together. The breakfast was good and even included rice noodles. The staff were friendly, and since we checked in on October 1st, they gave us a small National Day gift. The children also received kids' slippers and toothbrushes.

I chose this hotel because it was recommended as one of the top ten after looking at many options for a concert I was attending. Other hotels were either inconvenient or a bit pricey. I decided to give it a try, and sure enough, it's right next to the subway exit on the left, with a mall across the street. As soon as I entered, they were playing songs by the artist, which was a lovely touch! The lobby even had photos of him, creating a great atmosphere. Not only did the concert provide emotional value, but they also gave out a small red flag when I checked out, which made me very happy. I'll definitely come back next time!

I have to give Vienna Hotel a huge thumbs-up! The environment is fantastic; the lobby is grand yet cozy. They offer free parking, and there's a self-service tea station in the lobby. The facilities are well-maintained – the A/C is powerful, and the Wi-Fi is fast. The service is exceptional; they're always responsive and incredibly attentive. My stay was so comfortable!
