Vienna International Hotel Guangzhou is one of the most luxurious hotels in Sunyuanli, Guangzhou. The rooms are very well equipped and the room space is good enough. Bathroom amenities are very good but no water facilities after the toilet. But the main problem is the receptionist guys and girls or their staff cannot speak or understand English, you need to help the translator to conversation with them otherwise everything is good. Google map locations may be incorrect, you can reach this hotel by taxi from the airport.

The front desk staff was very professional and kind. I felt welcomed as I stepped in. The lobby had this beautiful aroma/fragrance which added to the whole atmosphere. The location is perfect, close to the subway and tons of restaurants that serve different cuisines. The room was well maintained with super helpful ladies. I'd go back to this hotel 🏨.

The hotel is pretty good, and they even have robots delivering meals. However, there are quite a few Black people around.

The room was terrible, not at all like a Vienna Hotel. The outlets didn't work, and the bathroom mirror kept flashing on its own. I called maintenance, but they couldn't do anything; they just looked at it for a bit and said it was broken and couldn't be fixed now, offering no solution. The curtains had holes, and the corners were filthy, looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. And to top it all off, they told me this was an 'upgraded' room that I paid extra for. One-star rating.

Facilities: The room was quite new, just a bit small. Hygiene: Housekeeping came a bit late, and one day they didn't clean the room. Environment: There are many people of African descent in Sanyuanli, and many of them stay here. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and greeted me every time I entered and left.

Convenient location with great service and free parking. Plenty of dining options nearby and close to attractions. The front desk upgraded us to the 10th floor, knowing there were many African guests, ensuring a peaceful stay.

The front desk staff were really welcoming, the room was clean, and the breakfast had a great variety. The location is excellent, making it super convenient to get around. The only minor issue was that the conditioner wasn't refilled – I only realized it halfway through washing my hair, which was a bit awkward.

I booked this hotel when I came to Guangzhou. It's conveniently located, just a short taxi ride from the train station and the clothing wholesale market. I especially want to commend two front desk staff members: a boy whose name includes 'Han' and a girl whose name includes 'Yu'. Their service attitude was excellent and they deserve praise. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Guangzhou.
