The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a powerful air conditioner and a refrigerator. The view from the window was also great; I enjoyed watching the hustle and bustle outside when I had some downtime.

I traveled to Guangzhou alone for business, and this kind and friendly lady gave me a wonderful welcome. I arrived in the city at 4 a.m., and she was there to greet me. She helped me carry my luggage and assisted me immediately with everything I needed. I’m very grateful. From now on, this will be the place I stay whenever I’m in Guangzhou.

I was very satisfied with my stay in the King Room. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a high-quality sleep. The soundproofing was excellent, and overall, it offered great value for money. It's definitely a top choice for accommodation when traveling. 5-star review!

The worst two nights of our six-day, five-night trip to Guangdong. If you're particular about your environment, I wouldn't recommend booking here. The room amenities don't match the owner's service. The facilities are old, and the bathroom door doesn't close properly and creaks. Anyway, I won't be booking apartment-style accommodations for future trips; I'll prioritize hotels instead.

This apartment truly exceeded my expectations! The location is superb, right by a metro station and very close to the Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center. It's super convenient for getting to shopping areas and attractions. The room was impeccably clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly through the night. The front desk service was highly efficient and incredibly friendly, offering luggage storage. They even thoughtfully recommended nearby great places to eat. The breakfast offered a rich variety and tasted excellent. The value for money is outstanding, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!
